邮件称呼

普通工作邮件直接称呼名字字就好了 比如Hi Steven不需要用Mr.  甚至写给总裁的邮件也是直接说Hi Bi l l 不需要Hi PresidentJohnson。否则真的真的太令人不自在了。

学术场合才需要加抬头 比如Prof. Johnson.政客的Congressman Johnson.

一般不加Dear哦只有公司HR群发邮件才说Dear al l ,发给个人的一般就Hi Steven 或者直接说Steven,

最后收尾的套路一般都是问别人意下如何。 (不要用please tel l me. . .这种句式从来没见过老外用的

附件怎么说

附件的英文是attachment.但是如果你说please find the attachment实在是恶俗至极。

一般直接用动词attached,enclosed.

■ Attached/Enclosed please find the report.

■ I attached the reportand let me knowwhat you think.

文件怎么说excel ,pdf,word如果你说fi le也是恶俗至极正确的说法是document. excel可以说spreadsheet,ppt可以说presentation)

真实案例

过去几天我一直在做老板A布置的任务可有一天早上老板B发邮件布置了新任务。我想 邮件里跟老板B肯定解释不清而且显得我能力不足。反正我手头上的事最多再有半天就做完了那时候我再回复老板B吧。

结果不巧剩下那些A布置的活比我预期的要难我花了一天才做完。

晚上刚准备留下做老板B的活就收到他的邮件 问我做的怎么样了。我急忙打电话向他解释了情况。他说那你应该早点告诉我我这个今晚就要。早知道你在做别的事我就安排其他人了。

上面的句子很多没有主语乍一看也不礼貌更没有“亲爱的某某” “祝好”这类客气话。但公司、学校的内部沟通很多时候要的就是这种简洁的进度更新。永远不要因为怕打扰或者怕邮件里说不清就不发邮件永远不要假定你的老板、老师、同事、下属知道你在干什么遇到问题要积极沟通而不是埋头干活 比没能按时完成任务更糟糕的是没有提前知会老板。

实际上美国人的商务邮件用词造句非常灵活且随意

有时候写的邮件明明看上去有语法错误

但这就是美国人的邮件风格
