InChina,peopleinWuhanandeventuallyacrossthecountrytookonunprecedentedsocialandmovementrestrictionsashealthauthoritiesracedtocontrolaviruswithnoknowntreatmentsorvaccines.
Thevirushastestedthenation'shealthsystems,delayedprogressonpovertyreduction,andinterruptedyearsofeconomicgrowth.

RespondingtoCOVID-19,theUNcommunicationsgroupworkedtojointlypromoteandenhancemessagingonpersonalprotectivebehaviors,workingfromhome,andtargetedguidanceonCOVID-19.
