TRAVELALLOWANCE/PRIZETravelAllowancetoParticipateinthePFAFFGTSportChampionships:EachFinalistwillbeprovidedwithairfare(economyclassandfromtheclosestairportwithdirectflightstoToronto)andpaidaccommodationfromFebruary24throughtoFebruary26,2018attheAdministrator'sselection.
IfaFinalistlivescloseenoughtothelocationofthePFAFFGTSportChampionshipsthatairfarewouldnotbereasonablyrequired(asdeterminedbyAdministrator)analternateformoftransportationmaybeprovided.
HotelaccommodationwillbeprovidedforallFinalists.
FinalistsmustbeavailabletotraveltoTorontoonthedatessetoutintheTournamentRulesortheywillforfeittheirrighttoparticipateinthePFAFFGTSportChampionships.
AlldecisionsoftheAdministratorarefinal.
Alltravel,includingtravelallowanceandtravelprize:ThespecificdetailsofthetripswillbedeterminedbyAdministratoratitssolediscretion.
Nochangeintravellingarrangementscanbemadeoncethebookinghasbeenconfirmed.
TheReleasees(asdefinedbelow)arenotresponsibleifanyscheduledeventisdelayed,postponedorcancelledforanyreason.
Allothercostsandexpensesassociatedwiththetrips,includingbutnotlimitedto,groundtransportationbetweentheEntrant'sresidenceandthedepartureairport,andbetweenthedestinationairportandhotel,additionalaccommodationsifrequired,meals,gratuities,medicalandtravelinsurance,traveldocumentation(i.
e.
validpassport),itemsofapersonalnature,applicabletaxes(includingairporttaxes),personalchargesatlodging,luggagefees,securityfeesorotherexpensesnotspecificallydescribedhereinarethesoleresponsibilityoftheEntrant.
EntrantswillberequiredhaveavalidCanadianpassporttotraveltotheUSandtopresentIDathotelcheck-inalongwithavalidcreditcardforpotentialincidentalsordamages.

ELIGIBILITYToentertheTournament,eachEntrantmust:(a)resideinCanadaduringtheTournamentschedule;and(b)beapermanentresident(assuchtermisdefinedbyCanadianimmigration)orcitizenofCanada,oraholderofapermitorvisatoworkorstudyinCanada;and(c)beseventeen(17)yearsofageorolderbeforeregistering.
AnyEntrantthatisundertheageofmajorityintheirprovinceofresidence(eacha"Minor")musthavepermissionfromaparentorlegalguardiantoparticipate.
IfitisdeterminedthatanEntrantisaMinorintheirprovinceofresidenceanddoesnothaveparentalconsenttoparticipate,theywillbedisqualifiedandwillnotbepermittedtocontinueintheTournament.

("SCEC")(collectivelyreferredtoas"TournamentSponsors")andeachpartiesrespectiveparents,affiliatedandsubsidiaryentities,andtheimmediatefamily(spouse,parent,sibling,child)ormembersoftheirsamehouseholds(whetherrelatedornot)ofsuchemployees,officersordirectorsarenoteligibletoparticipateintheTournament.
IfitisdeterminedbyAdministrator,atanystageoftheTournament,thatanyEntrantthathasorhadaWorldGamingaccountthatisorwassuspendedorcancelledduetoaviolationofcurrentorpastWorldGamingTermsandConditions,harassmentofotherWorldGamingplayersand/orWorldGamingemployeesorsuspectedorconfirmedfraudorunfairgameplay,thatEntrantwillbeineligibleanddisqualifiedfromtheTournament,willnotmoveforwardtothenextroundand,ifapplicable,willberequiredtoreturnanyPrizesthatmaybeawarded.
AssetoutinSection9below,allEntrantsthatqualifyforandparticipateinthePFAFFGTSportChampionshipswillberequiredtosignadeclarationandreleaseconfirminghisorherunderstandingof,compliancewith,andacceptanceoftheTournamentRuleswithastandardreleaseofallliability(the"Declaration")beforebeingpermittedtoparticipate.
IftheEntrantisaMinor,his/herparent/legalguardianmustsigntheDeclarationontheirbehalfbeforebeingallowedtoparticipate.
IftheparentorlegalguardiandoesnotconsenttosigningtheDeclaration,theEntrantwillnotbepermittedtoparticipate.
TheAdministratorshallhavetherightatanytimetorequireproof,toitssolesatisfaction,ofidentity,dateofbirthand/orresidencytoshoweligibilitytoparticipateintheTournamentandtodenyanyEntrantfromplayingorfrombeingawardedanyprizeintheeventthatitisdeterminedthatoneormoreoftheEntrantsdoesnotmeettheeligibilitycriteriaherein.
TheTournamentissubjecttoallapplicableCanadianfederal,provincialandlocallawsandregulationsandisVOIDWHEREPROHIBITEDBYLAW.

TOURNAMENT6.
1–STRUCTUREOnlineQualifiersHowtoEnter:oTheOnlineQualifiersareopentoalleligibleEntrantsandwillconsistoffour(4)individualqualifyingperiodsoffive(5)dayseach,witheachperiodfeaturingone(1)designatedtrack(a"QualifyingPeriod").
DuringeachQualifyingPeriod,Entrantswillbepermittedtosubmituptothree(3)laptimes.
AlllaptimesmustbecompletedonthedesignatedtrackusingLapAttack(foundwithinCampaignMode–CircuitExperience).
AttheendofeachQualifyingPeriod,theten(10)EntrantswiththefastestlaptimeswillqualifyfortheRaceofChampionsQualifierandwillnotbeeligibletoparticipatefurtherintheOnlineQualifiers.
IfthesameEntranthasmorethanone(1)ofthetopten(10)laptimesduringaQualifyingPeriod,onlytheirfastestlaptimewillbecounted.
Theirotherlaptime(s)willbeconsideredinvalidandwillberemoved,andadjustmentstotherankingofotherEntrantswillbemadeaccordingly.
IftwoormoreEntrantssubmitthesamelaptime,andasaresulttheyexceedtheten(10)availablespots,aracewillbeheldwiththosesameEntrants,onthesametrack,todeterminetheEntrant(s)thatwillqualify.

AnydisputeswillberesolvedbytheAdministrator,whosedecisionshallbefinal,conclusiveandbinding.
TheAdministrator'sdecisionsshallbemadestrictlyinaccordancewiththeseTournamentRulesandanyotherrulesandproceduresputinplacefortheRaceofChampionsQualifier.
Inadditiontothepenaltiesimposedbythegame,supplementarypenaltiesmaybeleviedagainstEntrantsforaggressivedrivingbehavior,atthediscretionoftheAdministrator.
Supplementarypenaltiesmaybetime-based(addedtoanEntrant'sfinalrecordedtimeafterarace),accumulatedpointsreduced,ordisqualification.
Format,modes,settings,andrestrictionsaresubjecttochangeatthediscretionoftheAdministrator.

TheEntrantsthatplaceinthetop4ineachHeatwillmoveontothePFAFFGTSportChampionships.
IntheeventthataqualifiedEntrantisunabletoattendthePFAFFGTSportChampionshipsorisdisqualifiedorfoundtobeineligiblebytheAdministratorareplacementwillbedetermined,atthediscretionoftheAdministrator,byselectingthenexthighestscoringEntrantorEntrants,inthecorrespondingHeatduringtheRaceofChampionsQualifier.
PFAFFGTSportChampionshipsThePFAFFGTSportChampionshipseventwillconsistofatwo-stagelivetournamenttobeheldonFebruary25,2018,openexclusivelytothe16FinaliststhatqualifiedduringtheRaceofChampionsQualifier.
DuringStage1,the16Finalistswillbedividedintotwo(2)Heatsofeight(8),andeachHeatwillparticipateintwo(2)individualraces.
PointswillbeassignedtoFinalistsbasedonthefinalresultsofeachindividualrace,andthetopfour(4)FinalistsfromeachHeat,basedontheirtotalaccumulatedpoints,willbewillqualifyforStage2(8intotal).
DuringStage2,the8remainingFinalistswillparticipateintwo(2)individualraces.
PointswillbeassignedtoFinalistsbasedonthefinalresultsofeachindividualrace,andtheirtotalaccumulatedpointsafterbothraceswilldeterminetheirfinalplacingintheTournament.

CompetitionRules-PFAFFGTSportChampionshipsonly:oEntrantswillhavetenminutesbeforethestartofeachpracticesessiontosetupandensuretheirconsole,controller,earbuds,andheadsetareworkingproperly,andanadditionalfive-minutebreakbetweenRaces1and2.
Timelimitswillbeginimmediatelyaftertheendoftheprecedingrace.
Alltimelimitswillbestrictlyenforced.
AnyEntrantthatisnotreadytostartatthedesignatedtimemaybedisqualifiedfromtheraceatthediscretionoftheAdministrator,andwillnotbeeligibletoearnpointsforthatrace.
Equipment–PFAFFGTSportChampionshipsonly:oAllFinalistsmustusethePS4system,software,monitor,headset,andanyotheradditionalthird-partyhardwareprovidedforthedurationofallraces.
IfaFinalistfindsthatanissuehasoccurredwithanyprovidedequipment,theyshouldnotifytheAdministratorimmediately.
Ifanissuewithprovidedequipmenthasoccurred,theAdministratorwilldeterminetheappropriatecourseofaction.
oAllFinalistscompetinginaTournamentMatchmustweartheAdministrator-providedheadsetovertheirearsforthefulldurationofallraces.
7.
CODEOFCONDUCTAllEntrantsareexpectedtoconductthemselvesinamannerthatreflectspositivelyontheAdministrator,Administrator,TournamentSponsors,Press,Spectators,andotherEntrants.
ByparticipatingintheTournament,EntrantsagreetoabidebythefollowingCodeofConduct.
oCompetition:EntrantsareexpectedtocompeteatthebestoftheirabilityatalltimesduringtheTournament.
CheatingisdefinedasanyactthatgivesoneEntrantacompetitiveadvantageoveranother.
IfanEntrantfeelsthattheyhavebeencheatedbyanotherEntrant,thatEntrantmustraisetheirconcernwiththeAdministratorimmediately,providingasmuchdetailaspossible.
Complaintsshouldalwaysbeaccompaniedbyvideoevidence.
Allcomplaintswillbehandledonacase-by-casebasis,anddependingonseveritymayresultin:i)aninitialwarningfollowedbyforfeitofcurrentGameorMatchforasecondoffence;ii)immediateforfeitofcurrentGameorMatch;oriii)immediatedisqualificationfromTournament.
Examplesofcheatinginclude,butarenotlimitedto:CollusionandMatchFixing,definedasanyagreementbetweentwo(2)ormoreEntrantstodisadvantageopposingEntrants.
HackingormodifyingtheGame.
SpectatinganopposingEntrants'monitororlivestreams.
UsingrestricteditemsduringaGame.
UsingrestrictedhardwareduringaGame.
Usinganyplayerthatwasnotregisteredduringregistration.
IntentionallydisconnectingfromanyGamepriortoitsofficialconclusion.
Exploitingknownin-gamebugs,glitches,andunintendedGamefeaturestodisadvantageopposingEntrants.
oSportsmanship:AdministratorandAdministratorarecommittedtoprovidingEntrantswithacompetitiveenvironmentthatisfreeofharassmentanddiscrimination.
Tothatend:EntrantsmaynotuselanguageinrelationtotheTournamentthatisdeemedbyAdministratortobeobscene,foul,vulgar,insulting,threatening,abusive,orotherwiseoffensiveorobjectionable.
Entrantsmaynotengageintheharassmentofacountry,privatepersonorgroupofpeoplethroughcontemptuousordiscriminatorywordsoractionsonaccountofrace,skincolor,ethnic,nationalorsocialorigin,gender,language,religion,politicalopinionoranyotheropinion,financialstatus,birthoranyotherstatus,sexualorientationoranyotherreason.
EntrantsmaynotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationprovidedbyAdministrator,TournamentSponsors,orPress,byanymethodofcommunication,includingallsocialmediachannels.
oResponsiveness:EntrantsareexpectedtorespondtorequestsfromAdministratorinatimelymanner.
AllcommunicationsbetweenAdministratorandEntrantswillbemadeviatheemailaddressassociatedwitheachEntrant'sWorldGamingaccount.
AlldecisionsregardingtheenforcementoftheCodeofConductareatthediscretionoftheAdministratorandarefinalandbinding.

WINNERNOTIFICATIONWinnerswillbenotifiedbyemailwithintwenty-four(24)hoursoftheconclusionofthePFAFFGTSportChampionships.
EachWinnermustsendhis/herfullmailingaddresstotheAdministratorwithinfive(5)daysfromthedateoftheemailadvisingthemthattheyareawinner,tosuccessfullyclaimtheprizeorsuchprizemaybedeemedforfeited.
IntheeventofanydisputeconcerningtheoperationofanyelementoftheTournament,thePFAFFGTSportChampionships,ortheseTournamentRules,thedecisionoftheAdministratorwillbefinal.
AnyEntrantfoundtohaveviolatedtheseTournamentRules,evenafteraprizehasbeenawarded,willbedisqualifiedandwillberequiredtoreturntheprizeawarded,orcashequivalentinfullwithinthirty(30)daysfollowingnoticefromAdministratorthattheEntranthasviolatedtheTournamentRules.

RELEASESAllEntrantsatthePFAFFGTSportChampionships(collectively,the"In-TheatreParticipants")willberequiredtoexecuteanddelivertotheAdministratoraDeclarationthatconfirmstheEntrant's:(i)eligibilitytoparticipateintheTournamentandacceptanceandcompliancewiththeseTournamentRules;(ii)acceptanceoftheprizesasoffered(ifdeemedawinner);(iii)releaseoftheAdministrator,Administrator,Cineplex,WorldGaming,TournamentSponsorsandpromoters,andtheirrespectiveparent,relatedandaffiliatedcompaniesandentities,subsidiaries,members,dealers,advertisingandpromotionalagencies,andeachoftheirrespectivedirectors,successors,sponsors,partners,licensees,officers,subsidiaries,agents,employees,advisors,assignees,andallothersassociatedwiththedevelopmentandexecutionoftheTournament(collectively,the"Releasees")fromanyandallliabilityinconnectionwiththisTournamentorparticipationinanyTournamentrelatedactivities,includinganytravelrelatedtheretoandattendanceatthePFAFFGTSportChampionships,ifdeemedaFinalist.
IntheeventthatanIn-TheatreParticipantisaMinor,his/herparentorlegalguardianmustsigntheDeclarationonhis/herbehalfandprovideconsentfortheirMinorchildtotraveltothePFAFFGTSportChampionships.
WhileaparentorlegalguardianispermittedtotravelwiththeirMinorchild,itisattheirsolecostandexpense.
Iftheparentorlegalguardiandoesnotconsenttotheforegoing,theaffectedIn-TheatreParticipantwillbedisqualified.
DeclarationsforthePFAFFGTSportChampionshipsmustbereceivedbyAdministratornolaterthan11:59pmESTonFebruary22,2018.
10.
PUBLICITYRELEASEPleasenote,thePFAFFGTSportChampionshipswillbefilmedforentertainmentandpromotionalpurposesandthatphotographsandvideofootagewillbetakenduringtheevents.
ByparticipatingintheTournament,eachEntrantgrantstheAdministratorwiththerighttouse:(i)his/hername,emailaddress,mailingaddress,telephonenumberandotherpersonalinformationprovidedduringhis/herregistrationintheTournamentandanydatacollectedwhiletheEntrantisplayingtheGame,forthepurposeofadministeringtheTournament,includingbutnotlimitedtocontactingandannouncingtheindividualswhohavequalifiedforthePFAFFGTSportChampionships;and(ii)his/hername,cityandprovinceofresidence,videofootage,images,voicerecording,commentsandopinionsforentertainment,publicityandpromotionalpurposesrelatingtotheTournament,inanyandallmedianowknownorhereafterdevised,withoutfurthercompensationunlessprohibitedbylaw.
Entrantswhohaveopted-intoreceivemarketingcommunicationsagreethattheReleaseesmayusehis/herPersonalInformationtocontacthim/herwithmarketingandotherpromotionalmessagesrelatedtoproductsandservicesoftheReleasees.
Inaddition,byparticipatingintheTournamentallEntrantsacknowledgeandagreethattheReleaseesmaydisclosetheirPersonalInformationtothird-partyagentsandserviceprovidersinordertoaffectanyoftheactivitieslistedabove,inaccordancewiththeAdministrator'sprivacypolicylocatedathttp://worldgaming.
com/privacy/.

LIMITATIONOFLIABILITYByenteringthisTournament,eachEntrantacknowledgescompliancewith,andagreestobeboundby,theseTournamentRulesandconsentstotheuseofhis/hername,cityofresidence,and/orlikenessinanypublicitycarriedoutbyReleasees,and/ortheiradvertisingandpromotionalagenciesandagentswithoutfurthernoticeorcompensation.
EntrantsreleaseandholdharmlesstheReleaseesfromandagainstanyandallmannerofaction,causesofaction,suits,debts,covenants,contracts,claimsanddemands,includinglegalfeesandexpenses,whatsoever,includingbutnotlimitedto,claimsbasedonnegligence,breachofcontractandfundamentalbreachandliabilityforphysicalinjury,death,orpropertydamagewhichtheEntrantsorhis/heradministrators,heirs,successorsorassignsmighthaveorcouldhave,byreasonoforarisingoutoftheEntrantsparticipationintheTournament,PFAFFGTSportChampionships,and/orinconnectionwiththeacceptance,useand/ormisusebytheEntrantoftheprize.
NoneoftheReleaseesshallberesponsiblefororbearanyliabilityfor:(i)late-received,lost,unintelligible/illegible,incomplete,ormisdirectedregistrations,entriesorGamescores;(ii)entriesorgameplayswhichfailtocomplywiththeTournamentRules;(iii)anytechnicalorhumanerrorthatmayoccurintheadministrationoftheTournament,includinganyproblemsortechnicalmalfunctionofanycomputeronlinesystems,servers,accessproviders,computerequipment,software,failureofanye-mailorentrytobereceivedonaccountoftechnicalproblemsortrafficcongestionontheInternetoratanywebsite,oranycombinationthereof,allofwhichmayaffectanEntrantsabilitytoparticipateintheTournament,ortheabilityoftheAdministratortoreceiveand/orrecordandEntrantsGamescore;and(iv)anyunauthorizedhumanand/ormechanicalinterventioninanypartoftheentryprocessoftheTournament.
AsaconditionofparticipatinginthisTournament,Entrantagreesthat(i)undernocircumstanceswillEntrantbepermittedtoobtainawardsfor,andEntrantherebywaivesallrightstoclaim,punitive,incidental,consequential,oranyotherdamages,(ii)allcausesofactionarisingoutoforconnectedwiththisTournament,oranyprizesawarded,shallberesolvedindividually,withoutresorttoanyformofclassaction,and(iii)anyandallclaims,judgments,andawardsshallbelimitedtoactualout-of-pocketcostsincurred,butshallinnoeventincludeattorney'sfees.

AnyattempttodeliberatelyunderminethelegitimateoperationofthisTournamentisaviolationoftheTournamentRulesandcriminalandcivillaws,andshouldsuchanattemptbemade,theAdministratorreservestherighttoseekremediesanddamagestothefullestextentpermittedbylaw,includingcriminalprosecution.
EntrantsagreetoabidebytheTournamentRules.
TheAdministratorreservetheright,intheirsolediscretion,todisqualifyanyindividualwhotamperswiththeentryprocessand/orvoidanygameresultssubmittedfraudulently.
ShouldmultipleusersofthesameemailaccountentertheTournamentandadisputethereafterariseregardingtheidentityoftheentrant,theauthorizedaccountholderofsaide-mailaccountatthetimeofentrywillbeconsideredtheentrant.
"Authorizedaccountholder"isdefinedasthenaturalpersonwhoisassignedane-mailaddressbyanInternetaccessprovider,onlineserviceproviderorotherorganizationwhichisresponsibleforassigningemailaddressesorthedomainassociatedwiththesubmittede-mailaddress.
If,foranyreason,theTournamentisaffectedbyanycomputervirus,worm,bug,tampering,hacking,unauthorizedintervention,fraud,technicalfailureorothercausewhich,inthesoleopinionoftheAdministrator,corruptsorotherwiseaffectstheadministration,security,fairness,integrityorproperconductofthisTournament,theAdministratormay,intheirsolediscretion,cancel,terminate,modify,orsuspendtheTournament,anddeterminewinnersfromgameplayalreadyreceivedorasotherwisedeemedfairandequitablebytheOrganizeand/orAdministrator.
Automaticgameplayisprohibited,andanyuseofautomateddeviceswillcausedisqualification.
Administratorreservestheright,initssolediscretion,toterminatetheTournament,inwholeorinpart,and/ortomodify,amendorsuspendtheTournament,and/ortotheTournamentRulesinanyway,atanytime,foranyreasonwithoutpriornotice.
Anychangeswillbemadeavailableonhttp://worldgaming.
com/gtsport.
12.
CHOICEOFLAWTheTournamentissubjecttoallapplicableCanadianfederal,provincialandlocallaws.
Allissuesandquestionsconcerningtheconstruction,validity,interpretationandenforceabilityoftheTournamentRulesortherightsandobligationsasbetweentheEntrantandtheAdministratorinconnectionwiththeTournamentshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheProvinceofOntario.
Byentering,entrantsconsenttothejurisdictionandvenueofthefederal,provincialandlocalcourtslocatedinthecityofToronto,Ontario.
ShouldtherebeanydiscrepanciesbetweentheEnglishandFrenchversionsoftheseOfficialRules,theEnglishversionshallgovernandsupersede.
