ConditionsofCarriageTransportationiseffectedsubjecttothe"ConditionsofContract"printedonthereverseofeachoriginaloftheairwaybillandasperWarsawConvention,MontrealConvention1999,TheMontrealProtocoland/orotherrespectiveprotocols,supersededbytherequirementsofamendedResolution600beffective30December2009.

ForProofofReportingtobothCBSAandthecarrier,thePOR(ProofofReport)numberisindicatedonthemanifestormasterairwaybillasproofthattheshipmenthasbeenfiledandreportedpriortoexport.

TariffadocumentcontainingratesandrulesapplicabletoservicesprovidedbyDHLGlobalForwarding.
ThirdPartymeanstheperson,otherthantheShipperortheConsignee,whoisresponsibleforthepaymentofDHLGlobalForwarding'sfreightandothercharge.
UltimateConsigneeisnotaforwardingagentorotherintermediary,butmaybetheend-userortheultimatepartytowhomthecargowillbedeliveredtoatfinaldestination.

Ratesandchargesarepublishedincurrencyofthecountryoforiginandarepayableinlawfullocalcurrency.
WeightTransportation,SurchargesandValueAddedServiceschargesforashipmentwillbeassessedonthetotalgrossweightoftheshipmentbasedonthegreaterofthefollowing:ActualweightCubicdimensionalweightMinimumweight(whereapplicable)Cubicdimensionalweightwillbederivedfromthecubicmeasurementoftheshipmentinwholeinches(lengthxwidthxheight)onthebasisofonepoundforeach166cubicinchesorfractionthereof(or6000cubiccmperkg).
DHLGlobalForwardingmayre-weighandre-measureashipmentandbasedonthedimensionsandweighttherebydetermined,torecalculatethefreightandotherchargesandtoaddoversizesurchargesasappropriate.
Ifthechargecomputedonthenexthighestweightbreakislessthanthechargecomputedonthetruechargeableweight,thenthechargeonthenexthighestweightbreakwillbeapplicable.
TermsofPaymentDHLGlobalForwardingisnotrequiredtoprovidecreditprivileges.
Theinvoicedatebeginsthecredittermcycleandpaymentisdueuponreceiptofinvoice.
Failuretokeeptheaccountcurrentwillresultintheaccountbeingplacedona"cashonly"status.
ThisstatusmayimpairtheabilitytouseDHLGlobalForwarding'sservices.
IntheeventalawsuitisbroughtbyDHLGlobalForwardingtocollectcharges,thepartyresponsibleforDHLGlobalForwarding'schargeswillbeliableforallreasonablecoststhereofwhichinclude,butarenotlimitedto,attorneyfees,interestandcourtcosts.

Invoicesarepayableimmediatelyuponreceiptwithoutdeductions.
ResponsibilityforChargesTheshipperremainsjointlyandseverallyresponsibleforallcoststobepaidbytheconsignee.

Packagescontainingliquidsofanykindorglassorarticlesmadewhollyorpartlyofglassorglassbottlesorcontainers,shallbeboldlyandlegiblymarkedontheoutsidethereoftoshowthenatureofsuchcontents.
Anyshipmentcontainingarticlessusceptibletodamagewithordinarycareandhandlingmustbeadequatelyprotectedbyproperpackingandbemarkedwithorbearappropriatelabelscallingattentiontothissusceptibility.
Ashipmenttenderedinpacking(orwithoutpackaging)whichresultsinextrahandlingortheinabilitytopositionotherpiecesbesideitorontopofitmaybeassessedanadditionalsurchargepershipment.
