Article25Personswhoaredisabledorsacrificedorkilledasaresultofcarryingoutnationalintelligenceworkorsupporting,assistingandcooperatingwithnationalintelligenceworkshallbegivenpreferentialtreatmentaccordingtorelevantstateregulations.
Ifindividualsandorganizationscausepropertylossesduetosupport,assistanceandcooperationwithnationalintelligencework,compensationshallbepaidinaccordancewithrelevantstateregulations.
Article26Thestateintelligenceworkinstitutionsshallestablishandimproveastrictsupervisionandsecurityreviewsystem,supervisetheirstaff'scompliancewithlawsanddisciplines,andtakenecessarymeasuresaccordingtolawtoconductsecurityreviewsonaregularorirregularbasis.
