Itissplitintotwomainsections:(1)analysisandassessmentofCOIandotherevidence;and(2)COI.
Theseareexplainedinmoredetailbelow.
AssessmentThissectionanalysestheevidencerelevanttothisnote–i.

Decisionmakersmust,however,stillconsiderallclaimsonanindividualbasis,takingintoaccounteachcase'sspecificfacts.
CountryoforigininformationThecountryinformationinthisnotehasbeencarefullyselectedinaccordancewiththegeneralprinciplesofCOIresearchassetoutintheCommonEU[EuropeanUnion]GuidelinesforProcessingCountryofOriginInformation(COI),datedApril2008,andtheAustrianCentreforCountryofOriginandAsylumResearchandDocumentation's(ACCORD),ResearchingCountryOriginInformation–TrainingManual,2013.
Namely,takingintoaccounttheCOI'srelevance,reliability,accuracy,balance,currency,transparencyandtraceability.
Thestructureandcontentofthecountryinformationsectionfollowsatermsofreferencewhichsetsoutthegeneralandspecifictopicsrelevanttothisnote.
