Then,amodelbasedonthe2-tupleweightedgeometric(TWG)operatorstoevaluatetheenterprisemanagementinformationsystemispresented.
Inthismodel,alternativeappraisalvaluesarecalculatedbytheaggregationof2-tuplelinguisticinformation.
Thus,therankingofalternativeorselectionofthemostdesirablealternativesisobtainedbythecomparisonof2-tuplelinguisticinformation.
Finally,anillustrativeexampleforevaluatingtheenterprisemanagementinformationsystemisgiventoverifythedevelopedapproachandtodemonstrateitspracticalityandeffectiveness.

Theconstructionandapplicationofenterprisemanagementinformationsystem(EMIS)playamajorroleforthesurvivalanddevelopmentoftheenterprises.
However,whilewearenoticingtherapiddevelopmentofMIS,wemustpayattentiontotheproblemsthatexistintheconstructionofenterprisemanagementinformationsystem(EMIS)projects.
Thesuccessrateoftheconstructionofenterprisemanagementinformationsystem(EMIS)projectsislowerthanthatofotherprojectsbothindevelopedanddevelopingcountries.
Moreandmoreinvestmentsinitcan'treachexpectationoftheenterprises.
Therefore,timelyandimpersonalevaluationofenterprisemanagementinformationsystem(EMIS)seemsparticularlyimportant.
BecauseonlybyunderstandingthetruevalueofMIS,enterpriseswouldbeabletoresolvetheimportantissuessuchaswhethertocontinuetoinvest,andwhatareasshouldbeimprovedetc.
Thenenterpriseswouldsummarizeexperiencesandimprovethemselvescontinuously.
However,stressofevaluationhasbeenparticularlylaidontheanalysisofMISperformanceandfinancialperspective,andtheinfluenceoninternalmanagement,customerrelationshipandcompetitionbroughtbyenterprisemanagementinformationsystem(EMIS)overlooked.
Usually,theinfluenceontheseaspectsisthemostimportant,whichneedsfrequentapplicationandimprovementinalongway.
Particularly,inChina,comparedwiththerapidlydevelopinginformationindustry,theevaluationofthevalueofenterprisemanagementinformationsystem(EMIS)ismorelaggard.
Therefore,thereisanurgentneedtostrengthentheresearchonenterprisemanagementinformationsystem(EMIS)theoryandmethodofevaluation.
Theproblemofevaluatingtheenterprisemanagementinformationsystemwith2-tuplelinguisticinformationisthemultipleattributegroupdecisionmaking(MAGDM)problems[1-9].
TheaimofthispaperistoinvestigatetheMAGDMproblemsforevaluatingtheenterprisemanagementinformationsystemwith2-tuplelinguisticinformation.
Theremainderofthispaperissetoutasfollows.
Inthenextsection,weintroducesomebasicconceptsrelatedto2-tuplelinguisticinformations.
InSection3weintroducetheMAGDMproblemtoevaluatetheenterprisemanagementinformationsystemwith2-tuplelinguisticinformation.
Then,amodelbasedon2-tupleweightedgeometric(TWG)operatorstoevaluatetheenterprisemanagementinformationsystemispresented.
Inthismodel,alternativeappraisalvaluesarecalculatedbytheaggregationof2-tuplelinguisticinformation.
Thus,therankingofalternativeorselectionofthemostdesirablealternativesisobtainedbythecomparisonof2-tuplelinguisticinformation.

Inthismodel,alternativeappraisalvaluesarecalculatedbytheaggregationof2-tuplelinguisticinformation.
Thus,therankingofalternativeorselectionofthemostdesirablealternativesisobtainedbythecomparisonof2-tuplelinguisticinformation.
Finally,anillustrativeexampleforevaluatingtheenterprisemanagementinformationsystemisgiventoverifythedevelopedapproachandtodemonstrateitspracticalityandeffectiveness.
