我也出现了这个情况 现在已解决了哦 打开卡卡的安装目录 c:Program FilesRisingAntiSpywa (我的在这里别人的可能会不一样) 找到升级文件夹Update里面有一个叫Rsaupd.exe的文件双击打开看看啥结果？！ 结果是那个错误有出来了看来找到根源了 下面我们来解决问题报错说没找到MFC71.dll文件我们就给他这个文件 我们把在C:Program FilesRisingAntiSpyware文件夹下面放着的MFC71.dll文件复制到Update目录下，再次双击Rsaupd.exe结果升级正常不再报错！问题解决！

C盘里的quarantine是什么文件？占了好多空间

这个是隔离文件夹，可能是杀毒软件，比如诺顿，或者antispy（反间谍软件留下的隔离文件），以便你日后恢复文件用的，如果没有重要文件，删掉问题也不大。
