2(b)(1)&(b)(2)oftheFederalRulesofCriminalProcedure,thisCourtdetermines,basedupontheevidenceandinformationbeforeit,includingthedefendant'spleahearing,that:(1)anyproperty,realorpersonal,involvedinthecommissionofCountOne,andanypropertytraceabletosuchpropertyissubjecttoforfeiture;and(2)apersonalmoneyjudgmentagainstthedefendanttobedeterminedatsentencingisappropriate,allpursuanttoTitle18,UnitedStatesCode,Section982(a)(1),andthattheabove-describedspecificpropertyissubjecttoforfeiture,forwhichthegovernmenthasestablishedtherequisitenexusbetweenthesepropertiesandthechargedoffense;WHEREAS,Title21,UnitedStatesCode,Section853(p)authorizestheforfeitureofsubstituteproperty;WHEREAS,uponentryofaforfeitureorder,Rule32.
