A. When the points are enough for getting a gift voucher, the customeris required to ask for it corresponding to the points in time.

B、领取的礼券自领取之日起半个月内有效不做现金兑换不予找零丢失不予补办、

不予延期。

Member ranks

友谊贵宾优客会会员分为个人会员和企业会员其中个人会员按照级别不同分为普卡会员、银卡会员、金卡会员和钻石卡会员。现在允许您将上一年份累积的有效住宿顺延至新的一年以期达到晋升更高一级PGP贵宾会员级别所需的有效住宿次数的要求。晋升或保持贵宾会员级别的要求是在连续十二个月内完成足够的有效住宿次数、天数或赢取足够的基本积分。PGP将能让您根据您自己的旅行规律让您达到更高一级的会员级别。

PGP members are divided into PGP individual members and PGP corporatemembers, and PGP individual members contains different ranks includingordinary card members, silver card members, gold card members anddiamond card members. Now you are allowed to transfer your points oflast year to the next year with expectations for meeting therequirements of upgrading your member rank. And the requirements ofupgrading or keeping member rank are to reach up to a certain times,days of accommodation within 12 continuous months or get sufficientpoints. PGP can help you travel with your own interests and upgradeyou to a higher rank of membership.

会员资格membership: to be a part of PGP ordinary cardmembers, pleasecontact Friendship International Hotel and Manzhouli HolidayInternational Hotel PGP customer service center.

银卡贵宾会员

Silver card member

会员资格在任何连续的12个月内您需在参与本计画的酒店里完成至少12次有效住宿次数或24天有效住宿天数。

会员资格 membership: within 12 continuous months, you have toaccommodate at hotels carrying out PGP at least 12 times or 24 days.积分奖励 当您成为银卡贵宾会员时在赢取PGP基本积分的基础上还能获得15%的奖励积分。

Award points: once you are a part of silver cardmembers, you can earn15% bonus points in addition to basic points.

金卡贵宾会员

Gold card member

会员资格在任何连续的12个月内您需在参与本计画的酒店里完成至少24次有效住宿次数或40天有效住宿天数。您赢取的每一分PGP基本积分都将帮助您尽快晋升到更高一级的贵宾会员级别.在任何连续的12个月内,在您赢取了2万PGP基本积分后,您将立刻成为金卡贵宾会员。

会员资格 membership: within 12 continuous months, you have toaccommodate at hotels carrying out PGP at least 24 times or 40 days.Each basic point you earn can help you upgrade to a higher rank ofmembership. If you earn 20000 basic points within a period of 12continuous months, you will become a part of gold card members.积分奖励:当您成为金卡贵宾会员时在赢取PGP基本积分的基础上还能获得20%的奖励积分。

Award points: once you are a part of gold card members, you can earn20% bonus points in addition to basic points.

Diamond card member

会员资格在任何连续的12个月内您需在参与本计画的酒店里完成至少48次有效住宿次数或60天有效住宿天数。您赢取的每一分PGP基本积分都将帮助您尽快晋升到更高一级的贵宾会员级别.在任何连续的12个月内,在您赢取了4万PGP基本积分后,您将立刻成为钻石卡贵宾会员。

会员资格 membership: within 12 continuous months, you have toaccommodate at hotels carrying out PGP at least 48 times or 60 days.Each basic point you earn can help you upgrade to a higher rank ofmembership. If you earn 40000 basic points within a period of 12continuous months, you will become a part of diamond card members.

积分奖励:当您成为钻石卡贵宾会员时在赢取PGP基本积分的基础上还能获得25%的奖励积分。

Award points: once you are a part of diamond card members, you canearn 25% bonus points in addition to basic points.

Special treatment: being a part diamond card member, you are sure toget your reservation 48 hours before your arrival of the hotel. Eachdiamond card member will have access to one room booking with a validcredit card. As a part diamond card member, you can almost redeem yourpoints forawardaccommodation at hotels carrying out PGPexcept duringsome special peak seasons at some certain hotels.

以下所述是友谊国际酒店贵宾优客会计画的基本条款与细则您加入这一计画将受到这些条款的约束因此请仔细阅读并全面了解如有疑问或需了解更多详情请拨打客会服务热线0470—或到友谊国际酒店前台进行查询。友谊国际酒店有权在事先没有通知的情况下在任何时候终止或更改贵宾优客会计画或其条款与细则。

➢总则

1.贵宾优客会会员必须符合以下资格

1年满十八岁的公民。

2公司、组织或团体可以以法人方式注册成为企业会员的资格。

3经友谊国际酒店认可具有会员资格。

4接受友谊国际酒店贵宾优客会计画有关条款及细则。

2.是否具有友谊国际酒店贵宾优客会会员资格以及贵宾优客会会员享受何种服务专案由友谊国际酒店决定。

3.本计画所有优惠内容、服务、条款及细则仅适用于友谊国际酒店及其连锁酒店。

4.在事先没有通知的情况下友谊国际酒店有权决定在任何时候终止或撤销本计画。

5.友谊国际酒店有权在事先没有通知的情况下对本计画的条款、细则进行增补、调整、更改或取消。

6.贵宾优客会会员的会籍不得转让。

7.贵宾优客会会员有权根据贵宾优客会的条款与细则享受贵宾优客会计画所提供的优惠服务。

8.本计画中友谊国际酒店合作伙伴对贵宾优客会会员提供的服务进行更改、取消或终止友谊国际酒店不承担任何责任。

9.贵宾优客会计画的条款与细则受中国法律约束友谊国际酒店以中国法律为依据对其进行解释。

10.如贵宾优客会会员或申请人所在国家的法律不予允许其成为友谊国际酒店有效会员其会员或申请人资格将被视为无效。

11.如贵宾优客会会员从事违反法律法规、违反贵宾优客会计画的条款、细则或与本计画初衷相悖的活动友谊国际酒店有权终止其贵宾优客会会员资格。会员资格一旦终止将不再享受本计画提供的任何优惠和服务。

12.本计画条款与细则的解释权归友谊有限责任公司所有。

➢使用方法

1、持卡贵宾应依照《友谊国际酒店贵宾优客会卡使用手册》的有关规定进行使用。

2、首次使用友谊国际酒店贵宾优客会卡需到客会服务中心进行登记否则无法享受相应优惠和参加会员活动。

3、持卡贵宾在友谊国际酒店消费时应主动提前出示友谊国际酒店贵宾优客会卡 以便为享受打折、进行积分等优惠活动使用。如持卡人未出示贵宾优客会卡收银机开票完成交易后将不予进行补充积分该行为视为顾客自动放弃该消费积分的累计。当日办理的贵宾优客会卡必须隔日方可进行积分。

4、持卡贵宾在友谊国际酒店及各连锁酒店消费时可享受的优惠及消费积分细则在客房部含住宿、康体消费满1元积1分餐饮部含大堂吧、行政酒廊消费满2元积1分。

➢个人资料

1.根据个人资料隐私条款规定会员同意友谊国际酒店在内部以业务发展为目的使用会员本人为贵宾优客会提供的个人资料同意友谊集团为上述目的向所属各酒店传递或交流会员的上述个人资料会员还同意将上述个人资料进行不断的整理并可传送到呼伦贝尔市以外的地区。

2.申请人在加入贵宾优客会登记表上的签字即表明会员已授权友谊集团可向合作伙伴或以内部特别推广为目的进行使用或透露某些个人资料。
