Althougheconomyandtradeareintendedforthemselvesinglobalization,globalizationisnotlimitedtotheWestalone,buttotheculturalandsociallife,includingtheProvisionsofthebehavioralpatterns,schoolsofthought,psychologicalattitudes,andthatshapingtheidentityofthepeoples,nationsandindividuals.
Thepapershedssomelightonthejurisprudentialattemptingeffortstoshowconceptandsignificanceofthephenomenonofglobalizationarevariedandtheydidnotreportthebasicrightwayyet.
SomeofthosejurisprudenceswerelimitedtodescribeitsphenomenonasaprocessofAmericanizationoftheworld,andanydisseminationofAmericanculture.
Wehavetracedsomenegativerisksofglobalization,anditseffectsontheArabyouthatalllevels,butitdoesnotjustifytheprevailingviewoftheArabpeopleandconsideringglobalizationasstrategyofUSimperialist,andthatglobalizationistheAmericanizationoftheworld,anditsgoalisgettingweakStatesandlootingandimpoverishment.

IntroductionToday,thephenomenonof"globalization"isconsideredamajortopicofintheareaofculturalpoliticsintheArabworld,wheremultiseminarsanddifferentdialoguesessionsareheldonvariouslevels.
Thus,wecansaythatglobalizationisjustahistoricalphenomenonoftheendofthetwentiethcenturyorthebeginningofthetwentieth.
Itreferstothefreemovementofgoods,services,manpower,capitalandinformationacrossborders,anditshouldbeemphasizedthatglobalizationisawaveofneweconomictrendfollowingtheagriculturalandtheindustrialrevolutionanditisthehigheststageofthenewcapitalworldcreatedbytheinformationrevolutionandtheaccompanyingdevelopmentintheareasofcommunicationsandmedia.
Globalizationhasvariedinitsterminologyandconceptsofopinionsamongresearchersandpoliticians,allofwhichpresentedadefinitioninaccordancewiththeirperceptionsandvisionoftheregimethatitworksin(Sharhan,G.
,2001).
Perhapsthemostacceptedprominentdefinitionsarethosethatconfirmglobalizationasmeansofmakingthethingonagloballevel,anytransferoflimiteddistancetounlimitedandawayfromanymonitoring,limitedmeansthebasisofthenation-state,whichischaracterizedbythelimitsofgeographic,andstrictmonitoringonthelevelofcustomsmovementofgoodstoprotecttheinsidefromanyexternalinterventionordanger,it'stheeconomyofbothpoliticsandculture(Abrash,I.
,2011).

Itmeansthatglobalizationincludescancellingthebordersofthenation-stateintheeconomicfield(financialandcommercial)andleavingthingsmoveinitsfieldacrosstheworldandwithinthespaceoftheglobe.
Itraisesthequestionofthefateofthenation-statewhichisglobalizedinitssense(Al-Ghareeb,Z.
,2001).
Mostofthejurisprudentialattemptingeffortstoshowtheconceptandsignificanceofthephenomenonofglobalizationarevariedandtheydidnotreportthebasicrightwayyet.
SomeofthosejurisprudenceswerelimitedtodescribeitsphenomenonasaprocessofAmericanizationoftheworld,anydisseminationofAmericanculturetoovercometheculturesofcommunityanditisseenasthefaceoftheimperialistdominationontheworldundertheleadershipofindividualStatesofAmerica,itistheugliestandmostrecentimagesofcolonialdomination.
Thosewhoviewedglobalizationinabroaderperspective,saidthatglobalizationrepresentsaprocessofcapitalizationoftheworld,whichmeansthattheprocessofglobalizationisintendedtodisseminatetheprinciplesofthecapitalisteconomicsystemandsuperimposedonthegeneraleconomicmethodsadoptedbycommunities(economicglobalization),Whileathirdpartyisgoingtosaythattheglobalizationphenomenontendstosocietiesofallhumanitytowardhomogeneity(similarity)oftheculturalandthepersonalizationoftheglobalwhichisanopeningnatureonthesurroundingcommunitiesanddifferentcultures(culturalglobalization)(Abrash,I.
,2011)andthereliablesupportersofitsteamregardingtheinterningoftremendousadvancestakingplaceinthesectorofcommunicationbetweendifferenthumansocietieswhichcontributedsignificantlytodisseminationoftheculturesofthecommunitiesespeciallythedevelopedanddevelopingsocieties,whichJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,201484aspirestoreachalevelofindustrialdevelopment,economic,scientific,andingeneral,globalizationappearstobeperspectiveinabroadersensemorethanwasshownpreviously.
Globalizationiseconomicinitsorigin,basedontheremovalofbarriersandborderstothemovementoftrade,toallowfreemovementofgoodsandcapital.
Althoughtheeconomyandtradeareintendedforthemselvesinglobalization,globalizationisnotlimitedtothemalone,buttotheculturalandsociallife,includingtheProvisionsofthebehavioralpatterns,thoughtofschools,psychologicalattitudes,andthatshapestheidentityofthepeoples,nationsandindividuals(Al-Ghareeb,Z.
,2001).
Intheculturalfield,globalizationaffectscultureandidentityinitsgeneralsensethatissimmeredbythethoughtofhumanperceptions,theories,practices,andrelaxesinitsconscienceoftheenjoymentoffreedomofthoughtanduniquenessofprivacyandasenseofself,dialogue,andthelanguageoftheselfandthepeople.
Theissueathandisthedirectiontotheformulationofaglobalcultural,itsvaluesandstandards,andthepurposeofcontrollingthebehaviorofcountriesandpeoples(Triki,M.
,2011).
Thequestionis:willtheglobalcultureleadtoaggressionagainsttheculturalspecificitiesandnationalidentitywhichthreatenstheidentitiesofEasternsocieties,especiallyinconsiderableprogressincommunicationtechnologyandhighlightingmorethanwhatisthroughtelevisionbroadcastsandwhatishighlightedthroughsatellite,andmoredeeplythroughtheInternet,whichconnectspeopleallovertheglobe,andmanymajorquestionsareraisedabouttheInternet,butitiscertainthatestablishingandspreadingitwillleadtothebiggestrevolutioninthehistoryofhumanknowledge.

4,201485globalizationraisesthe"invisibleboundaries"thatemergefromglobalnetworkstodominatetheeconomyandstates,thoughthumanbehavior(Belkezar,A.
,2010).
Accordingtothisdefinitionofthemeaningofglobalization,wehavetohighlightitspositioninthenewworldsystemandhowitwascounteredintheIraqisocietyaspartoftheeasterncommunities,anditisnodoubtthatglobalizationhasasignificantandclearimpactonthenationalidentity,andthecultureofcommunities.
Easternresearchersvaryinestimatingitseffectanditsseriousness,andmultiplepositionsandopinionsarevariedregardingglobalization,Supporterstoglobalizationemphasizethatitcontributestothespreadofmoderntechnologyandeconomyfromitspositioninthedevelopedworldtotherestoftheworld,andthenincreasingtheproductionwhichwasincreasedsignificantly,andseethatithasalargepositiveimpact,whichconfirmssomeofthetalkabouttheimpactofglobalizationonnationalidentityandthecultureofEasterncommunitieswhichispositive,andeventakingbenefitfrom,itconsideringthatglobalizationiscontributingclearlyinthetransferandstorageoftheprovidedinformationtoanyonewhowantstouseit,andsothenationalidentityisunderestimated,andthosewhoareoverestimatedinadoptingglobalizationwithoutpayingattentiontothenationalidentityconsideringitasarealityandafatewhichcan'tbeignoredas,andthereforeitshouldbetreatedasaprocessandenteringanopenspacetotheglobalsystem.
Theperspectivesforthosewhorejectglobalizationanditscauseshavevaried;someofthemseeitasmorethanofaneconomicexploitationandasanexampleofincludingtheforeigninvestmentwiththelessdevelopedcountries.
TheyarguethattheprotectionofnationalidentityandnationaleconomyisamustandasameantoJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,201486addressitsexploitation,throughnationalexcitementandenthusiasmofthenationalculturewhichmayhamperitstrendwiththespreadofglobalcapitalism,thereisalsoateamofopponentsofglobalizationforreligiousreasons,byrestrictingthemselvesindefendingthespecificitiesoftraditionalnationalfiercelyandrejectinganyopeningtotheWestonthegroundbyconsideringanythingfromthewesternsocietyorstrangesocietiesascopyingandimitatingblindlyandasadisbelief.
(3)whilethosewhocouldbecalled(themedialgroup)hasgraspedthechangestakingplaceinthecivilizedworld,andtriedtouseitproperly.
Also,numerouspositionsopposedglobalizationandthereasonsforthatwereseveral,aswellasthemethodsofworkingwithitandmeetingitschallenges,especiallyonthenationalidentityandnationalism,dependingontheideologiesofthinkersandorientationswhichwerelikethecompromisedproposalsbetweenrejection,acceptance,ossificationanddrifting,someofwhomfeltthattheconsolidationoftheprincipleofdiversityandrevivingtheideaofdialoguebetweendifferentculturesandtoemphasizethenecessityofactivatingtheinternationalculturalcooperationintheoverallcontextasthesponsorthatlimitsthenegativeeffectsofglobalizationfromtheattackingofwhatdoesnotresidetothenationalidentitiesandcivilizedpeoplesoftheworld,globalizationisdoomedtocoexistwithidentityintheframeworkofculturaldiversityinordertothrivehumanitarianandworldpeaceandthusglobalizationbecomesamercybutnotdominancenordark,andaccordingtothisperception.
Thereisnocontradictionatallbetweenglobalizationandtheidentity,globalizationisgoingintheknownwaytorelyontheruleofscience,whiletherightofeveryonetoretainhisidentityashewantsandthewayhewants,evenofanumberofidentitieswithinhisglobalization.

4,201487Therearemanyexamplesofanumberofstatesthatalthoughtheirlanguageisadeserteduniversally,spokenandofficially,butthosestatesarekeepinginpacewithglobalizationwithallsortsofcopinginwhilemaintainingthepeopleinthemtheircustoms,traditionsandreligiousbeliefs,andweshouldmentioninthelineofthesecountriesasanexampleoftheirflexibility,Japan,ChinaandthetwoKoreas(Belkezar,A.
,2010).
Consideringthatthesuccessfulhandlingofglobalizationisnottakenthroughsomeattemptsofdefenseandmakingthegoaloppositetoeachglobaltrends,butthegoalshouldbeingettingoutofthefringeandmargintowardtheactingandparticipatingwiththerestofhumanityinordertounderminethefoundationsofcontrolandstrengtheningtheframeworkoftheWorldmulticulturalismandtheframeworkofcooperationrespect,richinteraction,andmaintainnationalidentitywhichcan'tbeachievedbymaintainingitasitis,butbyrebuildingitinthecontextofglobalization,scientificrevolution,technicalinformationandcommunicationstechnology(Ahmed,I.
,1993).
Weshouldalsounderstandglobalizationandrecognizeitsprinciples,assumptionsanditsconsequencescorrectly,andtotrainourchildrenandouryouthonthetechniquesandmechanismstodealwithitandtoknowthethreatsandchaosthatitfaces,globalizationintheeyesofmanyisnotevil,pureasit'snotpurelygood,butitislikeallthechallengesfacedbyEasternsocietiesthroughouthistorythatcombinestherisksandpossibilities,sotheinwardisanegativeattitudeandineffectivebecauseitisdirectedagainsttheculturalpenetrationrepresentedbyglobalizationandresorttoafortifiedmeanwhichdoesnotcometodesirableresultsbecausefortifiedisusefulWhenthelitigantsareneartoareasonablepercentageofequalstrengthandcapacity,butwhenitcomestothephenomenonofglobalJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,201488thatenterallcommunitiesandtemptedbyseduction,infectionandtheneed,thenarrow-mindednessinitscaseisturningintoaslowdeathhavepunctuatedsomesuccessfulsituations(Hamdi,M.
,1997).
Thereareaccumulatedperceptionsanddisparateattitudessurroundingthephenomenonofglobalizationasaconceptthatiscivilizedandcomprehensive,theintroductionofourrelationshipwiththeyoungasaglobalizedphenomenonwhichisSocio-culturalthatimposesitselffromtheroleofeachelementintheactivationoftheoftheglobalcommunityvaluesnowandinthefuture,throughtheshapeoftherelationshipbetweenyoungpeopleasaSocialconceptandglobalizationasadimensionofcivilization.
Theyarethetopicsthatwerecontroversialintherelationsoftheyouthwithculturalphenomena,suchasidentityandmodernity(al-Jabri,M.
,1998:December24),becauseitraisesfundamentalandbasicquestionsthatwecanintensifyasfollows:1.
WhatistheconceptofglobalizationIsitaneworoldphenomenonWhatarethelevelsitreachedtodayonthegroundpolitically,economicallyandculturally2.
IsglobalizationaninevitablecasethatwehavetofollowitsrhythmaspeopleandasnationsOrcanitbeignoredinordertopreserveourautonomy.

DoourinterestsrequireavoidingglobalizationDoesglobalizationhavepositiveaspectsforourpoorandbackward,orisitanegativephenomenonthatentirelyandabsolutelysweepsthepurposeofthesecountriesandtheincreasingimpoverishmentanddeterminesthedifferentiatedidentities4.

Werethenationalparticularitiesandnationalismended,inlightofthephenomenonofglobalizationDidthesedemandslosetheirlegitimacyforcountriesthathavenotyetcompletedtheirtasksofnationalandnationalism6.
Didtheprojectofsocialismloseitslusteranddidcapitalism,duetotheinnovativecapabilities,reachitsroofanddateDidthepoliticalroleofthestateandeconomicsectorloseitsimportanceandnecessityIsitpossibletoreproduceeconomicpoliciesandachieveself-pivotingandeconomicdevelopment(Sharhan,G.
,2001).

Isitpossibleforourcountriestofaceglobalizationandresistitsnegativeeffectsandputthenecessaryconditionstodevelopastrategytocopewiththelevelofwhatwascalledthethirdworldcountriesonthenationallevelandatthelevelofpoliticalforcescountries8.
WhatisthedesiredpositionofthephenomenonofglobalizationHowcanweformulateourvisionapproachandhowtodealwithitAllofthesequestionsareraisedfordiscussiononallnationsandcountriesaswellaspoliticalforcesindifferentpartsoftheworld,especiallyinpoorcountriesandunderdevelopedretardedcountriesasourArabworldcountries,andthereforethedialogueonglobalizationacquiresitsimportanceandnecessityfromthisissue(Ahmad,I.
,1993).
Wewilltrytoapproachthesequestions,ofcourse,buttheapproachisincompleteandweneedforseekinganinteractionwiththerestofthevisionsinordertodevelopamatureattitude,strategiesforeffectiveandinfluentialpoliticalspeech,demureandquietforthisphenomenon(Belkezar,A.
,2010).

4,201490varied,someofwhomseeitasmoreofeconomicexploitationandtheexampleofthatsupportitsideaiswhatdoforeigninvestmentforlessdevelopedcountries(LDCs),anditisanarguethattheprotectionofnationalidentityandnationaleconomydueasameanstoaddressitsexploitation,astheexcitementofnationalandenthusiasmnationalculturemayhamperitstrendwithglobalcapitalismtospread.
Thereisalsoateamofopponentsofglobalizationforreligiousreasons,andconfinedwithdefendingthespecificitiesofnationaltraditionalfiercelyrejectinganyopeningtotheWestonthegroundsthatanythingfromtheWestisalientooursocietyandthustocopyandemulateofirreligion,whichcouldbecalled(themedial)whichhasgraspedthechangestakingplaceinthecivilizedworld,andtriedtouseitproperly(Michelle,G.
,1997).
Asnumerouspositionsopposedtoglobalizationandthereasonsforthisoppositionwereseveral.
Also,themethodsofworkingwithitandmeetingitschallenges,especiallyonthenationalidentityandnationalism,dependingontheideologiesofthinkersandorientationswereliketheproposalsofcompromisebetweenrejectionandacceptanceandossificationanddrift.
Someofthemfeltthattheconsolidationoftheprincipleofdiversityandrevivetheideaofdialoguebetweendifferentculturesandtoemphasizethenecessityofactivatingtheinternationalcooperationintheculturalcontextofwhichissponsorthatlimitsthenegativeeffectsofglobalizationanditsaggressive,thatdoesnotresideastotheidentitiesofnationalandcivilizedpeoplesoftheworld,globalizationisdoomedtocoexistwithidentityintheframeworkofculturaldiversityinordertothrivehumanitarianandworldpeaceandthusglobalizationbecomesamercyandnotadominanceanddarkness,andaccordingtoitsperception.

4,201491andtheidentity,globalizationisgoinginthewayknowntorelyontheruleofscience,whiletherightofeveryonethatretainsitsidentityashewantsandthewayhewantswithanumberofidentitieswithinitsglobalization,therearecruelexamplesofanumberofcountriesthatalthoughtheirlanguagesaredeserteduniversallyandofficiallyregardingspeakinginthosecountries,keptinpacewithglobalization,withallsortsofcopinginwhilemaintainingtheirpeopletheircustoms,traditionsandreligiousbeliefs,andwementioninthelistofthesecountriesasanexampleofflexibility,Japan,ChinaandthetwoKoreas(Michelle,G.
,1997).
Consideringthatthesuccessfulhandlingofglobalizationisnottakenthroughsomeattemptsofdefenseandinmakingthegoaloppositetoglobaltrends,thegoalshouldbetogetoutofthefringetowardtheworkandparticipatewiththerestofhumanityinordertounderminethemonounsaturatedfoundationsofcontrollingandstrengtheningtheframeworkofmulticulturalismintheworld,theframeworkofcooperation,respectandrichinteraction,maintainingnationalidentitywhichcannotbeachievedbymaintainingitasitis,butbyrebuildingitinthecontextofglobalization,revolution,scientificandtechnicalinformationandcommunicationstechnology(Kanaan,A.
,2012).
Weshouldalsounderstandglobalizationandrecognizeitsprinciples,assumptions,anditsconsequencescorrectly,andtotrainourchildrenandouryouthonitstechniquesandmechanismstodealwithitandtoknowtheProvisionsofthreatsandchaos(Sharhan,G.
,2001).
Globalizationintheeyesofmanyisnotevil,itispurebutnotagoodpure,anditislikeallthechallengesfacedbyEasternsocietiesthroughouthistorythatcombinestherisksandpossibilities.

4,201492againsttheculturalpenetrationrepresentedbyglobalizationandresorttoafortificationwhichdoesnotcomeintodesirableresultsbecausefortificationisusefulWhenthelitigantsareaccordingtoareasonableproportionofequalstrengthandcapacity,especiallywhenitcomestothephenomenonofglobalinterventionofallcommunitiesthroughtemptation,theneedofpeople,andthenarrow-mindednessisturningintoaslowdeathbutmayincludesomesuccessfulsituations(Kanaan,A.
,2012).
Wecanintensifythesebasicquestionsasfollows:1.
WhatistheconceptofglobalizationIsitanewphenomenonoroldWhatarethelevelsitreachedonthegroundpolitically,economicallyandculturally2.
Isglobalizationaninevitablecasethatwedon'tnothaveoptionaspeopleorstates,however,excepttendingwithitsrhythmOrcanitbeignoredinordertopreserveour-independence3.
DoesglobalizationrequireourinteresttoavoidDoesglobalizationshavepositiveaspectsforourpoorbackward,orisitanegativephenomenonentirelyandabsolutelythatsweepsthepurposeofthesecountriesandtheincreasingofimpoverishmentanddeterminesthedifferentiatedidentities(Teriki,M.
,2011).

IsglobalizationsynonymouswithAmericanizationDoesitmeanthepursuitofmainstreamAmericanmodelinlifeWillitsmechanismsleadhumansocietyactuallyinitsway,orwillittakehumantowardstherecognitionofculturalpluralismanddeepeningit5.
WerethenationalparticularitiesandnationalismendedinlightoftheglobalizationphenomenonWerethesedemandslosttheirlegitimacyforcountriesthathavenotyetcompletedtheirtasksofnationalism6.

Isitpossibleforourcountriestofaceglobalizationandresistthenegativeeffectsandtheconditionsnecessarytodevelopastrategytocopewiththelevelofwhatwascalledthethirdworldcountriesonthenationallevelandatthelevelofpoliticalforcescountries8.
WhatisthedesiredpositiontowardthephenomenonofglobalizationHowcanweformulateavisionofapproachinganddealingwithitAllofthesequestionsareraisedfordiscussiononallnations,countriesandpoliticalforcesindifferentpartsoftheworld,especiallyinpoorandunderdevelopedcountries,andthereforeacquiresdialogueonglobalization,itsimportanceandnecessity(AlDadi,T.
).
Wewilltrytoapproachthesequestions,ofcourse,buttheapproachisincompleteandweneedtointeractwiththerestofthevisionsinordertodevelopamatureattitudeandstrategiesforeffectiveandinfluentialpoliticalspeechthatisdemureandquietforthisphenomenon(al-Jabri,M.
,1998).
II.
Globalization:ItsLevelsandMechanismsTheaspirationtounitetheworldanditsintegrationisanoldambitionthathasappearedinvariousreligions,philosophiesandideologiesthroughouthistory,butthedifferencethatishappeningtodayistheavailabilityandownershipofthemeansoftechnologiesthatcanachieveitsintegration.
TheGlobalizationtodayismorethanallofthat,intermsofitsJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,201494goals,anditsambitiontoadeeperintegrationstageoftheworld,anymovetowardstheplacementofallcommunitiesforeconomicpatternandasingleunifiedglobalvaluesandpatternsofonethinking.

Ofcourse,itmakesanewstageandadifferentqualitythanbefore,thepoliticalandtheobviousgeographicalboundariesofthestate.
Globalizationtodayisnotclosed,finalorfixed,butlikeanyhistoricalphenomenaprocess.
Itispossibletointerfereinitsprogress,buttodaythisseemsakeydynamicorpivotalmechanismoftheworlddespitenotachievingandrealizingtheperfectionanddespitealsotheexistenceofobjectionsthathaveconstraintsitsmechanisms.
Aslongasthephenomenonofglobalizationisnotcomplete,andaslongasitisintheprocessofconformation,anddespitethemedialviewofglobalization,itcontainswithinitthesubstantiveaspects,inevitabilityandwecannotdisguiseitasanaspectanditsinfluenceindifferentcommunities.
Globalizationisawholephenomenon;theobjectiveisbeyondthescopeofacceptanceandrejection.
Itfollowswhattodobeyonditsinfluence,aswellasanyawarenessandactionofindividualsandgroups.
TheobjectiveaspectofglobalizationisrepresentedbythescientificandtechnologicalrevolutionwhichhasimposeditselfontheJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,201495worldstrongly,sotherecognitionofitsobjectiveanditsrealityintheinevitablephenomenonofglobalizationisnecessaryandregardlessofthebeneficiaryofitsrevolution.
Inthecaseofglobalization,thenecessityofunderstandingtheawarenessofitsdialecticsandtherelationshipbetweensubjectandobject,globalizationoftenputsitselfinoppositiontothesubject.

Noneedtounderstandthenatureoftherelationshipbetweentheselfandtheeffectivenessofsocialhuman,subjectfocusesonrealisticandhistoricalrelationshipofhavingmultiplelevelsstartingfromthecompletesubmissionofthemovementofobjectivityandendingitsinfluence,influentialactorandmodulatorinthepathofitsobjectivitymovementinfavoroftheself.
Inshort,theseareprerequisitesforunderstandingthephenomenonofglobalizationanditsinfluence,thefirstcondition:thedeliveryofwhatisanobjective,freedomofselfstandtorecognizewhatislegalinnatureandsociety,andthesecondconditionisself-effectiveandself-influential,itsvisionandintegratedproject.
III.
AmericanizationandDomination,BuildingtheBasedAttitudeofGlobalizationItisaxiomatictosaythatthestageofhumanhistorywhichcanonlybeunderstoodinacontinuationanddeepeningtothestageofpreviousimperialismincludingitsrelationshipswithdominance,thatis,whatwehavereachedofhumanitytodayistheresultofpoliticalconflicts,internationaleconomicandcompetitivecompanies,whichmeansthattheyarewillsanddifferentintereststhatledpeopletobeinconjunctionwiththescientificandtechnologicalrevolutionoftheglobalizationphenomenon(AlDabi,T.
).

4,201496Globalization,withoutadoubt,hasthepossibilityoftheembodimentoftheregimedominanceofamorecomprehensiveandcrueltyofeverythingknowntomankindinthepast,byencouragingthesystemofAmericanisensuringandimperialrelationsmorebroadly.
So,itcarrieswithittheriskofenormousconcentrationofmaterialwealth,scientificandculturalrightsinthehandsofasmallgroupoftheworld'spopulationavailablewhohasthecapacity,thesitesandthenecessarymechanismstodominate(Almaikl,A.
,2003).
Asitisaphenomenonofadoptingonthefreedomoftradeandabsoluteabsenceofanyimpedimentstotheinteractionbetweenthecenteroftheimperialistandtheparties,therejectionofthepoliticalandmoralconsiderations,thatpreventfreedomofmarketsandtrade.
Itcarrieswithittheriskofdisseminationofpoverty,miseryandcollectivemarginalizationofblocksofthehumanworldandthelackofchoice.
Ithasthelackofprospectsandtheexplosionofrenewableformsofviolenceandinternalwarsinadditiontothemainstreamofcorruptionandlootingillegalcapitaleconomicwithincountriesandvulnerablecommunitiesanduntyingofnationalfencesandpanforthesecommunities.
Alloftheaboveistrueoftherisksofglobalization,butitdoesnotjustifytheprevailingviewoftheArabpeopleandconsideringglobalizationasstrategyofUSimperialist,andthatglobalizationistheAmericanizationoftheworld,anditsgoalisgettingweakcountries,lootingandimpoverishment.
Despitethecaptureofoneofthecentralmechanismsofglobalization,itsopinionismisleadingintermsofdealingwithglobalization,becauseithidesthesubstantivedimensionofglobalizationandtheinevitableandpaystoneglecttheneedtowork,absorbandrepresentthetechnicalaspectsthatarenecessaryforsurvival(AlDabi,T.
&Jaballah,M.
,2003).

4,201497ItisnecessarytounderstandthatAmericanizationisnotaresultofglobalization,andthattheprocessofcapitalistexpansionisnotaproductofglobalization,butAmericaisoneofthecornerstoneskeytoglobalizationandthat'swhenweseethelikelihoodofcontributingtotheUSintheproductionofmaterial,culturalandscientificthatfilltheworld,infavortotheongoinginformationrevolution.
Theopinion,whichdoesnotmatchglobalization,believesthatglobalizationshouldhavegivenanopportunityforliberation,freedom,and,anychancetogetridoftyranny,underdevelopmentandtogiveanopportunitytoraiseglobalproductionandfiscalsurpluses.
Itistheopinionofthemostimportantpeoplebecausetheyseeitsfutureasuncertain.
Itisanopportunityforliberationandfreedomtoexistbutitisnotspontaneousorautomatic,anychancethatwillnotbeachievedinisolationfromtheroleofself-consciousandactiveandthatisgearedtowarddevelopingastrategythatcanconvertitsopportunityintoreality.
Theopinion,whichdoesnotbelieveinglobalizationbelievesitisUSstrategytodominatetheworldbuildsitspositionofglobalizationonthebasisofrejection,andanopinionwhichbelievesinglobalizationthatitisanopportunityfordeliberation,revolutionizingfortheproductionofthematerial,buildsitspositiononthebasisofpassiveengagingwithoutanintegratedvisionoraspecialproject(AlDabi,T.
&Jaballah,M.
,2003).
Wesaythat:Thecarryingoftheglobalizationprojectforofglobaldemocracydoesnotjustifyitsrefusal,itisnotthefirsttime,wheretheworldknowstheeraofdominationofinternationalIndustrialrevolutionthatwasloadedwithdominanceproject,butitdidnotpreventtheunderdevelopedcountriestotakeitsadvantageandthedevelopmentofnationalprojectsbybenefittingfromItsrevolution.

4,201498ThecontainmentoftheglobalizationprojectoftheAmericanensuringdoesnotnegatethebenefitsofengagementandpositiveopportunitiesthatitcarries,andthustostayawayfromglobalizationdoesnotmeanthatwedonotsuccumbtothelawsortheireffects,anditdoesmeantobeartheconsequencesanditsnegativeconsequenceswithoutthebenefitofitspositiveresults.
Itmeansthatthefuturewillcarrywithitthepossibilityofthesurvivalofsomecommunitiesoutsideactorsofglobalization,whichremainonthesidelinesofaglobalizedworld,butitdoesnotmeanthatthesecommunitiesarenotsubjecttotheimpactofglobalizationanditsnegativeconsequences.
Thepositionofrejectionofglobalizationraisesthepossibilityofleadership"idealsecularism"togetoutoftheprocessofglobalization,anypossibilityofforminganantisecularismpoleandcontrarytotheworldofglobalizationandthetransitiontowardsaworldfreefromtheeffectsofdominance.
Infact,todaywearenotaboutfreeofchoicebetweenthesystemofdominanceandsystemofliberally,then,infacttherearenoexistingpossibilitiestomaterializeandtheformationofsuchanelectrodecounterandcontrarytodominationoftheworld,aswellasthefailureofthesepreviousprojects,attheleveloftheformationofsecularismpoleattheleveloftheformationofsocialistpoleoutsidethephenomenonofanti-capitalismanditscontradictionsdoesn'tgrowgraduallywithinthephenomenonandnotagainstit,wherethetwosocialcontradictionsmustbeinthesameworldandareassociatedwithsomecommondenominators.

4,201499inevitableandimposedoneachcommunitythatwantstoremaininthecircleofitssocietiesanddoesnotwanttowithdrawfromtheeffectivenessofinternationaljointthatisisolatedandlivesinitsownworld,itisnecessarytounderstandthemechanismsofdominationandseekwithallthenewpossibilitiestomodifyandchangeitsimpactonusandtohighlightthepossibilityofresistancetodominationandconditionsofglobalizationwithinitselftodismantlethemechanismsofdominationandreduction(Al-bayan).
TherefusaloftheArabstoglobalization,isduetotheirbelievingthatitsrefusalwillkeepthefortunesofthelargesttoretaintheirpositionsintheinternationalcommunityasthebeliefitwillbeanegativetoalargeextentunlesswiderdeliberatewithafocusonre-draftingofdealingwiththeirArabcultureinamodernwayandbealerttotheconceptofeducationforfuturegenerations,preparingitcommensuratewiththeaspirationsofthemysteriousfuture,andwecansaythatweareobligedtoprepareforthefutureandwillonlyturntoliveintheLivingsituationmoreseverethanwearenow.
Iwouldliketorefertotheso-calledsystemof(chaos)thathavemorethanonefaceorforminourArabsocieties.
IntheArabcountries(AlDabi,T.
&Jaballah,M.
,2003),itisprobablycalledchaos,andpossiblycalledcreativechaosinitsorganizationthatwedonotknowwhenisamess.
AsIseethatthefreeArabpoliticalregimesshouldputtotheirpeopleaholisticprogramthatwidelycoversallfieldsinordertocomeupwithacomparableleveltotherestofthepeopleoftheworld,andthatthecontrarywouldhappenifanyoftheexclusionofgrowinginternationalorglobaleconomiccycle,theprocessofglobalchangeandincreasingculturalimpoverishment.
Scientifically,itwillaccountformoreoveralllandslides.

Thereferencetotheriskofdroppingoutofglobalizationdoesnotmeanthattheengagementinitnecessarilyprovidespositiveguaranteedresults,andourroleshouldbetoabletoinvestthepositivesofglobalization,whichmeansengaginginglobalizationwithoutaself-strategyofcrystallizationthathasnovalue,whichisthesamelogicofrejection.
So,theonlywaycomes:AccessinginanyroleoftheglobalizationthathasthelogicoftheconflictinordertoimproveandmodifythebalanceofpowerbycontrollingandimprovingthechancesofcontrolonthepartofitsmechanismandcontrollingitseffectivenessandreducingtheAmericanensuring,butitsdeliveryisnotcircumvented(AlRai).
Thedecisionoftheglobalcontrolinthelightofglobalizationislinkedtothedevelopmentoftechnical,managerialskillsandtechnologicalnetworks.
Itisrelatedtotheeconomy,money,politicalnetworksornetworkinformation,mediaandcommunications.
Thus,theacquisitionofmoderntechnologyandinformationisakeytargetforeacheconomicpower,interactingwiththeglobalsystem,andmeanstoliveontheglobalcommunity,i.

,thattheintroductionofglobalizationtechniquesisakeyrequirementforthesurvivaldefenseandensuretheabilityofeconomic,culturalandmeansofneglectingofanessentialpartofthemechanisms,buttotakeadvantageofitsJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,2014101techniquewhichisnotpossiblewithouttheexistenceofastrategicself-crystalline,anditcomestheimportanceforArabpeopleinprovidingtheconditionsthatallowpotentialopeningstoinfluencethetechnicalnatureofglobalizationandtheachievementoftechnicalproductsandnewsciencethedevelopmentofaselfstrategyandprivacyofseekingtodevelopsubstantiveprogressinthelocaldevelopmentgoals,accesstolocalsustainabledevelopmentandholdingthepillarsofglobalization.
IV.
NationalismandSocialismintheContextofGlobalizationTheArabstrategytowardsglobalization,whichsetsitsgoalofsustainablelocaldevelopmentandholdingthepillarsofglobalizationinthetechnicalandscientificfields,mustprovidethenecessaryconditionstoachieveitsgoal,whichconstitute"politicaldemocracy"withallaccessoriesandelementsnecessaryconditionineachArabcountry,butthatisnotenough.
ThereshouldbeanadequacyofsupportacrosstheArabcommonmarket,developmentandrenewalofmechanisms.
Thenationalworkisgainingitslegitimacyanditisnecessityastheentryofaunitednationinthecontextofglobalization,oratleastsomedegreeofconsistencybetweenthecornersandpartsofitschancesinthebiggestadjustmentbalancesandreducesthedominanceinthecontextofglobalization.
Aswehavesaid,globalizationisthemaindynamicintheworldtodayeventhoughithasnotyetachieveditsobjectivesinfull,butitspathismovingtowardanewstageofsocialorganization,humanitariananddifferentfromthestageofnation-state,andthatJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,2014102meanstheabolitionoftheroleofthenation-state,asitstillexistsandstillplaysamajorroleininternationalaffairsandinthedrawingprocessofglobalizationaswell,andobviouslyitwillcontinuetoplayalongkeyroleregardingnumerousobstaclesinthemergerandconsolidationofgeographicalandpoliticalcommunitieshumanity,aswellasthehistoricalcharacteristicsofthesecommunitieswillcontinuetobeastrongpresenceinglobalpolicy-makinganddeterminethepathsoffinalglobalization(AlDadi,T.
).
Asforthegoalssetbythehumanandsociety,andthesocialistasalternativetocapitalistsociety,buttodaytheyneedtoreworkwithintheframeworkofglobalizationandnotoutsideit,andwhatcanbedeterminedaccuratelytodayisthedemandsofsocialjusticebutsocialismasaglobalalternativetothecapitalistsystemcannotbeelaboratedwithoutworkundertheroofofglobalizationitselfandwithoutthedeterminedfeaturesofitsglobalization,bordersandworldwidepillars.
Theconceptofsocialismisassociatedwithre-examiningtheroleofthegovernmentstateandthepublicsector,especiallyinthirdworldcountriesthathaveadoptedthesocialistoptioninthepast.
Asthedominanceofthestateontheoveralleconomicactivityinthecommunitywhichhasledtomultipleeconomiccrises,andtothefailureofthedevelopmentprocessandeconomicadvancement,aswellascorruption.
Soitstandsoutontheneedtoreduceitsdominanceanddeterminetheroleofplanningandpubliccontrolontheeconomicstructure,asithighlightstheneedtoreformthepublicsectortanddeterminetheeconomicareasthroughinvestingintheareasthatithastomoveaway(Tair,S.
,1999).
Thestatewillcontinueforalongtimeinreformingthepillarsofeconomicandgettingitsrecovery,itmayjumptothefinalstagesandJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,2014103theultimategoalsaspiredbyglobalizationandconsideringthatglobalizationisinfulljoints,asitmayhavethecornersandfoundationstobeachieved.
Theroleofthestateandthepublicsectorstillexistseveninthemajorcapitalcountries,especiallyinthefieldsofeconomyandthemainareaofservicesandsocialguarantees.
V.
TheCultureofGlobalizationandLocalCulturesThereareconceptsthattraditionallyhavecloserelationshipwiththecourseofglobalization,including:thepursuitofglobalizationtotransformcultureintoacommodity,exportingtheAmericanmodelinlife,thethreatofnationalidentityandculturalinvasionoftheArabworld.
Andnewconceptshaveemergeddialogueofcivilizationsandtheirinteractionorconflict.
Atthebeginning,wesaythatanythreattothecollectiveidentitiesarenotcausedbytheexpansionofthecircleofinteractionandsharingamongculturesandacculturation,butiscausedbytheabsenceofeffectivestrategiesforlessdevelopedsocietiesandculturesincurredinordertotakeadvantageofthestateofculturalinteraction,whichglobalizationbegantoputobjectively.
Consequently,theargumentthatglobalizationisnotseenonlyasanattempttopopularizetheAmericanmodelinlifereflectstheconcernsofvulnerablegroupsofthefuturemorethanithelpsinthedetectionofchangeofunequalconditionswheretheinteractionoccurs.
Second,therewillnotbeanyroleforavulnerablecommunitiesunlessitsholdersareawareofthenatureofitsnewtypeofculturalcontrolmechanismsandcrystallizingappropriatestrategiesthatallowtheculturetoplayanactiveroleonthelevelofparticipationofJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,2014104creativeglobal,notjusttomaintaintheownculturalidentitywithoutanyglobalimpact.
Third,theculturesthroughouthistoryhavebeenfoundinthefieldofinteractionandmutualinfluencethathavebeenidentified,includingtherelationsrelatingtodominanceandsubordinationtovaryingdegreesdependingonseveralfactors,includingeconomicandmilitarypower,withregardtocreativityandculture,andthusmaybeaspoliationrelationshiptocultureofthemostpowerfulanddominantleadingtocrushofthecultureofvulnerablecommunities,anditmaybeapartialdominanceinthescientificandtechnicalfields.
Fourth,thephysicalcontrol(ie,economic,militaryandpolitical)isacrucialfactorintheculturalcontrolthatthedominantculturedoesnotprevailbecauseofitsmoralsuperiority,ethicalcultures,butbecauseofitiscarriedbyhumangroupswhoaresuperiorordominantphysically.
Manyfactorsplayanadditionalroleintheculturalcontrol,includingtheabilityofcultureincontinuousinnovation.
Fifth,itispossibletodevelopeffectivestrategiestoreduceculturalcontrolorbypassitinawaythatallowsthecultureoftheweakercountriestocontinueparticipationinthecreationsofcivilization,asisthecaseofEuropeanculturesinthefaceofAmericanculture.
ThismeansthattheAmericanculturaldominationiswhollyandfollowsthecommunitiescollaboratingwithitontheonehandandkeepingtrackofthephysicalchangeinthebalanceofpowerwithintheframeworkofglobalization(AsiasahAldoleuahJournal).
Whenthischangeisforthebenefitofvulnerablecommunities,itallowstorebuildtheircultureandtheirownidentityonthebasisofthenewfoundationsthatenablesittoactinthereductionofdominance.

4,2014105Sixth,wecanseethattheemergenceofaglobalculturewhichiscomposedofsharedresourcesoftheinternationaleliteswillintegratenetworksandglobalizedsectorsandpublishitvalues,behaviorsandpatternsofthinking,mainlyofAmericanculturalresourcesandEuropeanculturalresources,andtoalesserculturethattoastmoneyandphysicalcontrolcommunitiesintherestoftheworld.
Itsmeansthatculturalconflictswillbegeneralinallhumansocieties,notonlyconflictwiththestateoftheAmericanculture.
Seventh,theformsofconflictbetweenlocalculturesandstrongestculturetakemultipleforms:theytaketheformofidentificationofstrongcultureandalienationtowarddeliverywithoutapersonalprogram,andwithoutpositiveparticipation,andtheytaketheformofself-isolationandreproducethecultureofdominance,dismissiveandprotestingthecultureofglobalization.
Thethirdapproachremainsofanyactiveparticipationinculturalinteractionthroughaclearvision,personalprograms,renewableandcombinedwithenhancedphysicallocationsinthecontextofglobalization(Afifi,M.
,1997).
Thesamequestions,inessence,wereraisedintheeraofArabrenaissanceaboutthenewobjectsatthetimeof"theSuperiorWest",whereweformedanswersonthegroundedtoholdshortagesandlossofself-confidence,monopolizedus,sometimesobsessiononuswithself-defense,andbecameaswearehappywithourun-enlightenmentandhadfallenbehindourretardation,andattimestheWesthumbleduswithcharmedcultureandknowledgeevenwemeltedinitandwelostouridentityanddidnotrealizeourshortcomingsandourproblems.
Thedefenseofouridentitycannotbeachievedbymaintainingitasitis,thatis,theidentityofthepast,butthroughtherebuildingofthehorizonofthefutureinthecontextofglobalizationandtheJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,2014106scientific,technologicalrevolution,andthetransitionfromthecasesofrejectionandalienationofrestrictingforthegrowthofouridentityanddevelopment,andorientationtowardsactiveparticipationinglobalandworkwithpowerstodismantleculturalofunilateralcontrolandrebuildtheglobalhorizonofpluralismculturalinthecontextofrespect,cooperationandenrichedinteraction.
Itisadoubleconflict,struggleagainstdominationandforeigndominationinthecontextofglobalization,andthestruggleagainsttheweaknessoftheself,theincompetenceanddisadvantages,doubleconflictthansurrendertooutofmechanismsanddefensethatleadustowardlosingconflict,justbeyondtheadversereactionsandthedenialoftheselfanditsrole(Afifi,M.
,1997).
VI.
RisksofGlobalizationontheArabYouthsGlobalizationimposesitselfoncontemporarylife,onmanylevels,bothpoliticallyandeconomically,intellectuallyandscientifically,culturally,educationally,andinthemedia.
Itisthusanissuethatneedbeaddressedtoagreatdealofunderstandingofitsdepthandessence,theperceptionofitsdistanceandpurpose,andstandonwhatisinvolvedincontrolledpolicy,enthusiasticaboutit,callingit,andpavingthewaytoenableitinvariouswaysandhaveconsensusintheliteratureaboutthesystemofglobalizationwhichisasystemofaglobalphenomenontoday.
Thebiggestriskonthegroundsinvolvedinglobalizationistheeraseoftheculturalidentityofthepeople,andculturalparticularitiesofnations(Afifi,M.
,1997).
Perhapsthemostimportantoftheserisksinclude:Economicopenness:itisassociatedwiththeneedsoftheworldoftheexchangeofmindsandexperiencesandinformation,orintheJournalofMiddleEasternandIslamicStudies(inAsia)Vol.

4,2014107exchangeofgoodsandservices,evenAmerica,whichisthelargestandrichestintheworldneedtotradewithothercountries,andtheneedtothelaboroftheAsianandAfricancountriestomanageandoperateitsworkshopsandfactories,andinneedofrawmaterialsthatgointovariousindustries(Ahmad,I.
,1993).
Aswearestudyingtheopennessoftheglobalmarket,wemustalsostudythesideeffectsofitsmarkettoourvalues,moralsandourrelationshipswithMuslimsocieties,themarkettodaydoesnotexportgoodsneutrality,butexportfeaturesofmerchandisemoralbearingandethicstothesamesource(ReportoftheMinistryofEducation,2002).
Differentadvertisementsthatpromotemerchandiseontelevision,whichcomesattachedwiththegoods,asitisinterestedinitspropagandaofinstigatingandconsideringthefascinationandmovinginstinct,inadditiontomovingtheconsumerismandconsiderwhatisnotnecessary,andthetendencyofcompetitivemarketstallortheso-called(boasting)and(multiply)whichledindulgeinnecessaryluxuriesandsupplies(Tair,S.
,1999).

Approachesofcurriculamustadoptcriticismandanalysisofthemanifestationsofglobalization,eventsanddevelopments,methods,theirsignsandtheireffectsthroughthestudyofmentalactivitydeeplybytheindividualandsocietyandthatthecurriculumshouldplayanactiveroleintheconstructionofindividualstobuildself-proficiencyforthepurposeofestablishingthenationalcultureandcorrectitintheheartsofindividualsthroughthepresentationoftheadvantagesoftheIslamicreligionanditsvalidityforallmankind,andthroughpersuasionandtheexclusionoftheperceptionsandprinciplesthataresubjectedtoattacksanddistortion.

YouthTrendstowardsGlobalizationandItsImpactonNationalIdentityTheconceptofthepoliticalcultureoftheworld,ormorecorrectlythepoliticalcultureoftheWestern,becauseitistheleadinganddominanttodayonallculturesoftheworldwithallitsfaultsandpositivesonthebehaviorofyoungpeople,andtheyoutharethemostreceptiveandwillingcommunity,psychologicallyandmentally,toacceptalloftheincomingfromdevelopedcountrieswithoutanydiscussionorevaluation,andinitsturnandinthelongrunadverselyaffecttheandinheritednationalcultureandcivilizationofthesocietyingeneral.
However,withthefacilitiesprovidedbythemeansofcommunicationsandtechnologicaladvancesofTVsatelliteandtheInternetforallmeansofeducation,entertainmentandsocialnetworkingonvariousmeansandwaystotheyouthinsidethehousewithouttheneedfortraditionalmeansofcultureandeducation,whichhadanegativeimpactonthesocialtieswithyoungpeopleandthedeteriorationoftherelationshipbetweentheparents,thechildrenandyoungpeopletocontrolthefamilyandprinciplesofthecommunity.
Fromthis,IalsoseetheemergenceofdualEastervalues(National)andWesternbehaviorswithlotsofyoungpeople,suchasthequalityofthemusicinlisteningorthemoviesorwatchingtheirrelationshipswiththeirparentsandtheirfamiliesintermsoftheirindependenceinalotofthings,anditmayleadtotheirsocialisolationwhichmayresultinweaknessoftheirloyaltytothehomelandandthenation,therearemanyeventsaretakingplaceinthecountryandtothechangesofpoliticaleventstakingplacearoundit.

Conclusion:FindingsandRecommendationsThisstudyhasfoundthatglobalizationhassignificantimpactonthenationalidentitiesandnationalismthroughitspolitical,economicandsocialapproachesrelatedtothenationalismandpatriotismbarriersamongthecountriesoftheworld,andthecalltotheglobalizationofbehaviorandcultureofcommunities.
AttitudesofyoungpeopleintheArabsocietyofglobalizationarevariedandcontradictoryastheirpoliticalsystem,economicandsocialsituation,someofthemrejecteditandthereasonsfortheirrejectionweremany,someofthemexaggeratedintheirbeliefofglobalizationwithoutpayingattentiontothenationalidentity.
ManyyouthgroupsinIraqisocietydidn'taccommodatetheconceptofglobalizationandalotoftheterminologyandconceptsthathaveappearedonthetrack,asinnovation,civilandpersonalliberty,andtheycouldnotreconcileitandhowtopreservenationalidentity.

PerhapsthemostduplicationnationalvaluesandthebehaviorofyoungpeopleintheWest,andthedangersofdisintegrationoffamilyandclingtoWesterncivilizationandneglectallofwhatareofnationalvalues,civilizationandculture.
-Theneedtoconcernwithyoungpeopleandprovidingthemwiththelatestdevelopmentandinnovativetoolsofmodernitywiththeneedtoinstructthemtopreservethenationalidentityandinheritageofthecommunityanditsoriginalvalues.
