Thoughitleadsapositivetrendofpracticeandsportsnationwide,campusdopingoccurredanddevelopedunderitsbackground.
Teenagerdope-takershaveexperiencedunprecedentsufferings,butmoreteenagerswouldliketotryitfortheirownpurpose.
Therefore,thisthesisprobesthereasonsfromcampusdopingfromtheperspectiveofstudents,schoolsandthesystemandisaimedtoprovideinsightsofsolvingtheproblemwiththehelpofthisProgramandtoprotectteenagersfromdope.

Suchkindofeducationfocusesonaspectsofeducation,thecomprehensiveness,thefundamentalityandtheeducatees.
Itsultimatepurposeistoimprovetheoverallbasicqualificationsofstudents.
In2007,MinistryofEducation,StateSportsGeneralAdministrationandCommunistYouthLeagueCentralAssociationputforwardwiththeunprecedentstrategyaltogetherforimprovingphysicalqualificationsofthewholenation.
ThisstrategicprojectisSunshineSportsProgramforover100millionstudentsnationwide[1].
Theprogramisaimedtograduallybuildupandenhancesportsatmosphereatcampus,andfinallytospreaditoffcampus;toattractteenagerstudentstoexercise,togetclosertonatureandtobeexposedundersun;toraisetheconsciousnessofphysicalpractice,tocultivatetheinterests,topracticeasahabit,andultimatelytoimprovethephysicalhealthofthewholenation.
TheSunshineSportsProgramimplementedbyChinaisasystematicproject,whichmobilizescoordinationfromgovernmentmonitoring,fundingassurance,educationevaluation,studentsparticipation,schools'effortsandalltheotherrelatedfactors.
EversincetheearlierstageofSunshineSportsProgram,colleges,highschools,middleschoolsandelementaryschoolshavepositivelydevelopedtheirownexerciseprogram,inaccordancewiththesocialmediaandsuperiordepartments'assignments,whileregardingthedopingphenomenon,campusdopinghasnotbeenwitnessedadecreaseundertheprogram.
Therecenttestinganddetectionresulthasshoweddopingfollowsatrendofdrugdependenceanddrugabuse,meanwhile,itisnolongeratemporaryuse.
Obviously,withoutmonitoringandcontrol,dopingwillhaveasmuchinfluenceontheteenagers'mentalandphysicalhealthasontheadults.
Thus,deepprobationofthereasonsforcampusdopingissupposedtobeconductedbeforetheresolutionscomeup.
Thisthesisisdividedintothreeparts:first,itwillshowanoverviewofcampusdopingsituationsatChina,then,willfurtherdiscussthereasonsbehinditbothmicroscopicallyandmacroscopically,andinthethirdpartitwillgiveinsightsonhowtoresolvetheproblemfromtheaspectofcorrectcompetitivenessconcepts,anti-dopingeducation,dopingmonitoringsystematcampusandupgradingtheeducationsysteminChina.
Asawhole,thethesisisexpectedtoinspiretherelatedgovernorsandeducatorstofightagainstdopingatcampus.

Intheendof2012onetrackandfieldcandidatefortheTsinghuawintercampofelitesportsstudentswasineligibleforbeingherstudentsforever,thoughhegotthefirstprizeinthatcamp.
ThenewsstatedthatitwasdopethathadruinedhischancestostudyinTsinghuaUniversity.
Nevertheless,itwasnottheonlyscandalofteenagersoratcampus.
Inthewholeyearof2012,eightdopingcaseswerefoundnationwide,accordingtoanti-dopingcenter,andamongthemteenagerstookaquarter.
Itistruethatunderthegreatpressureofbeingenrolledbyafamouscollege,universityorjustahighschool,studentsandparentsseekforhelpfromthosedopedealersandtheteacherstogetatemporaryhigherscoreinanexaminationoragame.
Butitseemstheyallforgetthatthethingistotallywrongfromtheverybeginning.
Thehonorbroughtbydopeisunreal,anditwillbeagainstwiththerealperformanceafterenrollment.
Theunfaircompetitivenessisnotonlydisorderingthenormalregulationsandeducationsystem,butalsodistortingstudents'conceptionstowardstheworld.
Andthemostimportantthing,theirhealth,isatrisk,andcannotbetradedbacktheminutetheyfeelregretfulfortoday'sdecision.
SodopingatcampuscouldprobablybringanAdmissionNote,yetnotacommitmentoradmissionfromtheschool,moreover,thepricefordopingisunmeasurable.
REASONSFORCAMPUSDOPINGPeopleinthetransitionofChina'seconomicdevelopmentwhohavelostthemselvesinthedilemmabetweenthemarketeconomyandmoralconcern,alongwiththeutilitarianthinkingfromteachersandschools,thelackofself-protectionofteenagers,thefaultyeducationsystemandincompletedrugcontrolsystem,havegiventhebirthofcampusdopingandhaveputtheyounggeneration'sphysicalandmentalhealthatdanger.
PressurecomingfromeducationsystemThedirectmotivationforstudentstotakeariskofdopingistheconcernaboutahigherscoreinimportantexaminationsastheoutcomeofChina'sEducationSystem.
China'seducationsystemisalwaysbasedontheeliteeducation.
Thesystemitselfencouragesandfiltersthebestfromtheexaminationmechanism,whosedirectresultisgivinggreatpressuretoparentsandkidsofbeingexcellentintheimportantexaminations.
ThoughborrowingideasofqualificationeducationfromWesterncountries,thenewsystemhastobelanchedafteralongperiodoftransition.
Also,studentsinChinaareevaluatedmainlybytheexaminations.
Inmostparents'mindwhetherdoinggoodintheCollegeEntranceExaminationandHighSchoolEntranceExaminationhasadecisiveimpactontheirkids'careerandeventhewholelife.
Ifunfortunatelytheyfail,thenitmeanstheirfuturewillbegray.

Withregardtothewaysofobtainingdope,nowadaysitisfarmoreconvenienttogetit.

ToestablishcampusdopingmonitoringsystemandtolegitimateitAccordingtoSystemTheory,SunshineSportsProgram'ssuccessdependsonfourcoherentsteps.
TheyaresettingupthenewsportsmodeofSunshineSportsProgram,acomprehensivemonitoringsystem,adequatefundingasthebasis,andtheinnovativeevaluationsystemofeducationquality[6].
Andtoimprovethedopingphaenomenonatcampusrequiresawell-establisheddopingmonitoringsystemwithalong-termfundingsourceandalegitimatedoneisstronglyexpected.
Thecriminalsandthosewhoconceiveabadideataketheadvantageofnoprotectionofthevictimsfromdoping,whereasalawwillkeepsthemdistant.
Moreover,onceasystemissetupandallthecandidatesthenhavetheobligationtobetested,itavoidstheflukeideasfromparentsandstudents.
Thedemandofdopewillgraduallybeexcludedoneday,andthennomoredopedealingsintheend.

China'sEducationSystemgivesboththeparentsandstudentsasgreatpressureastotakedope;theconflictbetweenthedesiretobegoodandtheactualpoorphysicalperformancepushesthestudentstododo;andtheinsufficientknowledgeaboutdopemisleadsstudentsaheadofdope;andthedefectivemonitoringsystemcannotprotectstudentsfromtheharmfuldope.
Inconsiderationofapositivechange,SunshineSportsProgramcouldmakeitdifferentbytakingactionstoimprovetheoverallphysicalperformanceofstudents,todeliverusefulandcorrectmessagesofanti-doping,toestablishtheelementarystepofmonitoringunderSunshineSportsProgramandfinallytopromoteanupgradeofChina'sEducationSystem.
