Thisdocumentalsodescribesinoutlinetheproceduresrequiredforplanningtheindividualsystems,forreportingandkeepingrecordsofworkdone,andformanagingchangesagreedwhileworkisinprogress.

Thetestswillincludetheopticalpowerattheinputtotheopticalconvertor,themaximumandminimumsignallevelsandBERandMERqualitymeasurementsforeachoftheservices,measuredatthesocketoutletsasspecifiedbytheBuilder.
TheContractorshallprovideaprintedrecordofallmeasurements,eitherintabulatedorspectrumform,toSkyHomesandtotheBuilder,andshallalsokeepasetonfile.
FINALCOMMISSIONINGTheContractorwillhavetosupplyafinalcommissioningcertificate,indicatingsignalsattheinputsandoutputofthemainequipmentandlevelsreceivedattheoutlets.
TheContractorwillhavetodemonstratetotheBuilderthatthedigitalTVchannelsarequasierrorfree(<1error/hour).
TheContractorwillprovideallcertificationformsinaformatprovidedbySkyHomes.

Thedatefromwhichthewarrantyperiodwillbeginisthedateofcommissioning,whichwillbenotedonthecompletioncertificate.
TheContractorwillattendtofaultsasreportedbytheBuilderoroccupierwithin24hoursorasotherwiseagreedinwritingbyallpartiesconcerned.
Allcablesandequipmentfoundtobefaultywithintheinitial12monthperiodwillberepairedorreplacedfreeofchargetotheBuilderandorpurchaser/occupier.
