2TheIssuermay,withorwithoutnoticeandwithoutincurringanyliabilitytoyou,askforthereturnoftheCard,cancelorsuspenditsuseand/orendthisAgreementifithasgoodreasontodoso,includingbutnotlimitedif:(a)theIssuerconsiderstheCardhasbeenorislikelytobemisused;(b)youbreachanyoftheseTermsandConditions;(c)theIssuersuspectsanyillegaluseoftheCard;or(d)yougavetheIssuer,MastercardPrepaidortheDistributionOutletfalse,inaccurateorincompleteinformationwhenyouappliedfortheCard.

3TheIssuermayendthisAgreementforanyotherreason,orwithoutassigningareason,bygivingyouatleast30days'notice.

ChangingtheTermsandConditions18.
1WemaychangetheseTermsandConditions(includingbringinginnewfees,changesinthefeesorlimitsandtheservicesweoffer)atourdiscretionbygivingyouatleast20days'notice(seeclause21belowfordetailsofhowwewillcommunicatewithyou).

2WewillnotbeinbreachoftheseTermsandConditionsifwetakenecessaryactioninordertomakeachangenecessitatedbyanimmediateneedtorestoreormaintainthesecurityofthesystemortheTravelexMoneyCardFund.

6YoumayberequiredtoprovideinformationtotheIssuer,MastercardortheDistributionOutlet(includingevidenceofIdentity)whenpurchasingtheCardoraddingadditionalfundstotheCard.

7TheIssuerwilltakeallreasonableprecautionstokeepPersonalInformationsecureandprotectitunderitsprivacypolicy.

8TheIssuer,MastercardPrepaidandtheDistributionOutletmayexchangeyourPersonalInformationwitheachotherandwiththirdpartiesinthenormaloperationsoftheirbusinesses,forcompaniesandagents,governmentagencies,serviceproviders(suchasauditors,ITsupportandmailinghouses)andwithotherpartiesforanti-moneylaunderingandcounterlegalcomplianceanddetectionoffraud.
WemayalsoexchangePersonalInformationwithcollectionagenciesandlawyersintheeventthatweseektorecoveranymoneythatyouoweundertheseTermsandCondition.

9Youagreethatwemaydiscloseanyinformationconcerningyouto:(a)anylawenforcement,regulatoryagencyorcourtwhererequiredbyanysuchlaworregulationinAustraliaorelsewhere;and(b)anypersonweusetomakepaymentforthepurposeofcompliancewithanysuchlaworregulation.

1Wewillnotbeliabletoyouforanylossdueto:(a)anyinstructionsgivenbyyounotbeingsufficientlyclear;(b)anyfailurebyyoutoprovidecorrectinformation;(c)anyfailureduetoeventsoutsideourreasonablecontrol;(d)anyindustrialdispute;(e)anyATMrefusingtoorbeingunabletoaccepttheCard;(f)thewayinwhichanyrefusaltoaccepttheCardiscommunicatedtoyou;(g)anyindirect,specialorconsequentiallosses;(h)anyinfringementbyyouofanycurrencylawsinthecountrywheretheCardorAdditionalCardisissuedorused;(i)anydisputebetweenyouandthesupplierofanygoodsand/orservicespurchasedwiththeCard;(j)ourtakinganyactionrequiredbyanygovernment,federalorstatelaworregulationorcourtorder;or(k)anythingspecificallyexcludedorlimitedelsewhereintheseTermsandConditions.

2Youarenotliableforanylosscausedbythefailureofasystemorequipmentprovidedbyanypartytoasharedelectronicnetworktocompleteatransactionacceptedbythesystemorequipmentinaccordancewithyourinstructions.
However,ifyouwereaware,orshouldreasonablyhavebeenaware,thatthesystemorequipmentwasunavailableormalfunctioning,ourresponsibilitywillbelimitedto:(a)correctinganyerrors;and(b)refundinganychargesorfeesimposedasaresult.
