Therootofmostproblemswasalackofavailableinformation,whichwehopetorectifynextyear.

Thiswasexacerbatedbystrikedowntakingtoolongformanythemecampsandorganisers(seethelaterchapteronExodusformoredetails).

Theproblemwasthatmanyparticipantshadcommittedtoboththeeffigyandthemecampssowerebusybuildingthemecampsinsteadofhelpingwiththeeffigy.
WeshouldinvestigaterecruitingdedicatedEffigyvolunteersthataren'tovercommitted.

Returningthepassportscausedextrasecurityconcerns,soitwasdecidedthatonlyaselectfewwithhigherstakesinDragonBurnwouldberesponsibleforreturningpassports.
Wedecidedtokeepthemunderlockandkeyexceptforafewhoursadaywereparticipantscouldcomeandcollectthem.
Unfortunately,someparticipantswaiteduntiltheverylastminutetocollectpassports,leadingtoorganisershavingtotakeextracare.
