TheSubscriptionServicesforTelstraPlatinumforBusinessaredeliveredremotely,throughavarietyofservicedeliverytechnologiesandagentsandisavailableonlineorviatelephone24hoursaday,7daysaweek.

Thecostofanysoftware/hardwareisnotincludedinthemonthtomonthsubscriptionpriceoftheserviceandyouareresponsibleforanydataandusagecharges.

Youwillbegivenpriornoticeofanyrelevantchargesfromthirdpartysupportprovidersandtheserviceswillbeprovidedbythem.

Youacknowledgeandaccepttheriskthatyourdatamaybelostduringthesupplyoftheservices.

YoumustnotuseTelstraPlatinumforBusinessorlettheservicebeused:(a)tocommitanoffenceorbreachanylaws,standardsorcodesapplicabletotheservice;(b)forresaletoanotherpersonororganization,or(c)inamannerthatisexcessiveorunusual:i.
IfyouraccesstoyourTelstraPlatinumSubscriptionserviceexceedsthreetimestheaverageofallusersoftheserviceinabillingperiod(excessiveusage),wemaycontactyoutodiscussyourusageoftheservice.
ii.
Ifyourusagecontinuestobeexcessiveinthefollowingbillingperiod,wemaywarnyouthatyourservicemaybeterminated.
iii.
Ifyourusagecontinuestobeexcessiveforathirdconsecutivebillingperiod,thenwemayterminateyourservice.

TheTelstraPlatinumforBusinessserviceoptionsandincludedhelpdeskaccesslevelsarelistedbelowOptionHelpdeskaccessMonthlychargeMinimumtermPlatinumforBusiness-RemoteSupportPlan24hoursaday,7daysaweek$40Monthbymonth.

YourTelstraPlatinumforBusinessRemotesupportplanandmonthlychargewillcontinuetoapplyuntilyoucancelyourservice.
Therearenoearlyterminationcharges,andyoumaycancelanytimebutthefullmonthlyfeewillapplyforthecurrentbillingcycle.
Therewillbenocreditsforchargesalreadybilledinadvance.

Telstramayatitsdiscretiondiscontinuetheserviceormakechangestothepriceatanytime.
Wewillgiveyou30days'writtennoticewherepossible.
Inourfulldiscretion,wemaydecidetooffertowaivethemonthlychargespecifiedaboveforalimitedtime,forexample,whereyourmonthlyspendonotherTelstraservicesismorethanaspecifiedamountpermonth.
Ifweinviteyoutotakeupthisoffer,thisofferappliesuntilremovedbyusoryourspendfallsbelowthisamount.
WherethisoccurswemayremoveTelstraPlatinumforBusinessfromyouraccountbutwewillcontactyoubeforewedosotodiscussalternatives.

PRIVACYANDACCESS5.

YouconsenttouscontactingyoudirectlyforanypurposereasonablyrelatedtoanyTelstraPlatinumforBusinessservicesthatyouuse(forexample,tocontactyoutoobtainfeedbackorcompleteasurveyinrelationtotheservice)5.

Youmustpromptlyreportanyfaultsorissueswithyourservicetousandprovideallreasonableassistancetohelpusprovideassistancetoyou.
