Secondly,thispaperdoesaspecificstudyonthecurrentsituationofthebuildingofcharacteristicuniversitylibrarydatabase.
BasedonthebasicconditionsofthebuildingofuniversitylibrarydatabaseinHenanprovince,specificbuildingdirectionofthedatabaseshasbeenmadeout.
Finally,thispapermakesaconcreteanalysisinaccordancewiththenewrequirementofthebuildingofthenewgenerationuniversitylibrarydatabase.
Duringtheanalysisprocess,deepdiscussionaboutthecreationideashasbeenheldsoastoshowitseffectonhighereducationinChinainamorespecificway.

However,consideringthattraditionalbuildingofuniversitylibrarydatabasesystemcouldnotsatisfytheneedsofthedevelopmentofmoderneducation,furtherimprovementintheconstructionideaofuniversitylibrarydatabasesystemcouldbethewaytohelptherealizationofabetterandfasterdevelopmentofChina'shighereducation.
Thisstudycombinestheanalysisoflibraryenvironmentwiththeanalysisoflibraryinformationserviceandthecurrentbuildingsituationofcharacteristicuniversitylibrary.
Ihopeitcanlaytheoreticalfoundationforfurtherstudies.
DATAANALYSISOFLIBRARYENVIRONMENTAsoneofthekeyfactorsdeterminesuniversitystudents'effectivestudyondatabasessystem,universitylibraryenvironmentisalsoanexternalinfluentialfactoronhighereducationinChina.
Inthestudyprocessofthispart,furtherresearchontheeffectexertedbylibraryenvironmentontheapplicationofdatabasesystemiscarriedoutthroughthedesignofthreeinterrelatedquestions.
Thusidentifythespecificrelationshipbetweenlibrarydatabasesystemandlibraryenvironment.

ANALYSISOFSURVEYONSATISFACTIONOFLIBRARYINFORMATIONSERVICEAsanimportantevaluationindicatoroflibrarysoftpower,libraryinformationserviceisalsoasignificantcomponentofthebuildingofdatabasesystem.
SurveyonlibraryinformationservicewascarriedouttoshowtheeffectexertedbyuniversitydatabasesystemonChina'shighereducation.
7questionswereappliedinthesurvey.

Databasessystemplaystheroletogatherstatisticswhichcouldhelpstudentsunderstandmoreaboutthesupportingdegreeoftheiracademicstudy.
Itprovidesuniversitystudentswithawiderplatformtoimprovetheirprofessionalabilities.
Thetableshowsthatstudentsaresatisfiedwiththeinformationserviceinlibrary.

CURRENTSITUATIONOFTHECONSTRUCTIONOFCHARACTERISTICUNIVERSITYLIBRARYDATABASEFromtheperspectiveofthedevelopmentoflibrary,theconstructionofmodernlibraryisthecombinationofcomputertechnologyandthepracticalapplicationfunctionsoflibrary.
Itshowstheimportantroledatabaseplayedinthescaleoflibrarydevelopment.
Thekeyofdatabaseconstructionliesintheeffectivesearchingforthedocumentaryretrievalwiththeapplicationofcomputertechnology.
Itprovidesapowerfulsupportfortheusingofdocumentaryretrieval,andfinallyexertsimportantinfluenceondocumentaryretrievalinuniversity.
Inthecurrentsituation,universitydatabasesandtheconstructionofdocumentaryretrievalsystemarecloselyrelatedwiththerelationshipamongdifferentdata,thushelpstoscoreremarkableachievementinbothdatawrittenlanguageandthedesignofdatabaseusers'interfaces.
Inthisway,thesecurityofuniversitydatabasessystemisguaranteed.
Itsinfluenceandeffectivenesshavebeenimprovedalot.
Furtherstudyandresearchshouldbecarriedoutconsideringthefactthattraditionaltechnologyofbuildinguniversitydatabasessystemcannotsatisfytheneedsofthedevelopmentoftheinformationage[3].
StudyinthisparttakinguniversitiesinHenanProvinceasexamplestoexploreeffectivewayintheconstructionofdatabasessystem,andthusrevealitsinfluenceonhighereducationinChina.
EffectiveestablishmentoflibrarycharacteristicdatabaseOnlyafewuniversitiesownthecharacteristicdatabaseincertainacademicarea.
Giventhatfact,thefeaturesofthedatabasescanbefullydemonstrated.
TakingthedatabasesofLepidopteraspecimensinJiamusiUniversityasanexample,thespecimensarecollectedfromlocalareaofJiamusi.
Documentationsareformedthroughthestudybyexpertsintheuniversity.
Itthusprovidesmoresupportforacademicprofessional.
Inthisway,theestablishmentofcharacteristiclibrarydatabasecanfillthevacancyinsomediscipline,andfinallyeffectshighereducationinacomprehensiveway.
TheestablishmentofscientificfeatureddatabaseScientificfeatureddatabaseisauniqueresourcelibraryformedthroughthefocusedstudyonkeyresearchsubjectandrelateddisciplines,suchasaerospaceandsatellitetechnologydatabaseinHarbinInstituteofTechnology.
Thisdatabaseholdstheuniquenessincertaindisciplinesthatcannotbefoundinotheruniversities,andthusformedastrongtheoreticsupportforitsownmajor.
Itcouldalsofullyrevealthedistinctivedisciplinetheoreticvalue.
TheestablishmentofgeographicalfeatureddatabaseGeographicalfeatureddatabaseshowsthatthestudyandresearchofauniversityislimitedincertaingeographicalarea,andcannotbecarriedoutinotherplaces,suchasthered-crownedcraneresearchdatabaseofQiqiharUniversity[4].

TheestablishmentofotherspecialdatabasesThiskindofdatabaseisestablishedinaccordancewithdifferentspecificrequirementofuniversitystudents.
Theconstructionofthedatabaseiswelltargeted,suchasthecharacteristiclibraryspecialdatabaseinLuoyangNormalUniversity.
Itcollectedrelevantspecialdocumentationonteacherstrainingandeducation,andthusguaranteedacademicactivitiesofuniversityscholars.
Besides,relevantpapersandlibrarydatacataloguehavebecomeimportantcomponentsofuniversitylibrarydatabasesconstruction,thusguaranteedthecarryingoutofacademicactivities.
Firstly,CALISspecialdatabase,asthenavigationdatabaseofthefuturedevelopmentofhighereducationinChina,itsestablishmentisthecollectionandcollationofuniquenessofhighereducationinChina.
Itplaysasignificantroleintheprocessoftheestablishmentofuniversityinformationresourceplatform.
Ithaseffectivelyintroducedthesubdatabasesysteminaccordancewithfeaturesofhighereducationindifferentregions.
Secondly,byincludingforeigndocumentationofrelevantdisciplines,ithaslaidasolidfoundationforthestudyofthecharacteristicofthesamekindofdisciplinesinChina.
ItcouldalsocomplementthestudyinaccordancewiththecurrentdisciplinestudysituationinChina,thusgraduallyimprovethedatabases.
Aftertheeffectiveintroductionofthesubdatabasesystem,effectiveestablishmentoftheretrievalsystemandserviceplatformshouldberealizedsoastograduallymeettherequirementsoftheestablishmentofthedatabasessystemandfinallyexertmorepositiveinfluenceonhighereducation.
Thirdly,furtherstudyshouldbecarriedoutonthemanagementofdatabases.
Collectivedevelopmentscaleshouldbeformedthroughthecombinationofsubdatabasesfeaturessoastoreachhumanestandards.
Thematiclibrarywillbeformedgraduallythroughthedevelopmentofspecialdatabasesubproject,thusenhancetheapplicationvalueandacademicvalueofdatabasessystemandfinallypromotethedevelopmentofuniversityfeatureddisciplines[5].
Finally,effectivelybuildthesubprojectofthedisciplinenavigationdatabase.
Basedonthis,itssphereofactionandtheacademicstudyareawillbeexpanded.
Inthisway,thepositiveeffectofacademicresourcesonuniversitylibrarycanbeenhanced,andthestudyvalueoftheapplicationoflibrarydatabasessystemcouldbeimproved,thusexertspositiveeffectsonthedevelopmentofhighereducation.

Fourquestionswereusedinthefollowingsatisfactionsurveyondifferentuniversitieslibrarydocumentsandinformationresources.
TABLE3showsthedetailedresultsofthesurvey.

Sincethelibrarydocumentresourcesandinformationresourcestogetherformedtheimportantprerequisiteoftheestablishmentofdatabasessystem,theresultisanythingbutoptimistic.
TABLE3showsthatthesatisfactiondegree(allbelow70%)onthewholeisnothigh.
Theremustbesomedeficienciesinthebuildingofdatabasesystem.
Thereasonforthisphenomenonisthatmanyuniversitiesdonotattachgreatimportancetothecomprehensivecollectionofdisciplinedocuments.
Thisleadstodifferentproblemswhichwillhampertheeffectiveestablishmentofthedatabasessystemduringtheprocessofuniversitystudents'retrieval.
ItwillexertpotentialnegativeeffectsonthedevelopmentofhighereducationinChinatosomeextent,thuslimitingtheeducationresourcesandstudiesincertainacademicarea[6].
TheestablishmentofuniversitylibrarySystemreflectstheacademiclevelofstudies.
Sincethelibrarydocumentresourcesandinformationresourcestogetherformedtheimportantprerequisiteoftheestablishmentofdatabasessystem,theresultisanythingbutoptimistic.
ANEWGENERATIONOFLIBRARYDATABASESYSTEMEffectiveacquirementofknowledgeinformationfromdatabaseisthecoreofconstructionideaofcontemporaryuniversitylibrarydatabasesystem.
Itenablestheacquirementofhiddeninformationindatabaseaheadoftime.
Intheconstructionofcontemporaryuniversitydatabasesystem,informationprocessanddocumentsearchingareirreplaceableintheeffectiveusingoflibrarydocumentandrelevantinformation.
However,fromtheperspectiveoflibraryscience,theincreasinglyinterrelatedrelationshipamongdifferentdisciplineshashinderedthedocumentretrievalprocessandinformationsortingtosomeextent.
Thusputtingforwardhigherrequirementsontheconstructionoflibrarydatabasesystemsincetraditionalconstructionideacannolongersatisfythepracticalneedsofuniversitydevelopment.
Generallyspeaking,themoredataweholdinthebuildingofuniversitylibrarydatabasesystem,themoreeffectiveitwillexertsondataretrieval,makingtheapplicationofdatamoreefficiency.
However,intheprocessofcarryingoutit,traditionaldatabasesystembuildinghasnotformthestandardoflargedatastorage,leadingtosaturationstoragestateofinformationdataanddocuments.
Affectedbythis,problemsthatwillimpedethebuildingofuniversitylibrarydatabasesystemariseinsystemoperation.
KDDconstructionideacouldavoidthecurrentstateandproblems,improvingthemanagementandapplicationabilityindatabasesystem.
Itmakesknowledgediscoverymoreefficient.
Figure1fullyexplainsthebuildingeaseofuniversitylibrarydatabasesystem.

Thusexpresstherelationshipbetweenlevelsofacademicinformationandotherinformationinaclearerway.

CONCLUSIONTheabovecontentrevealsthewholestudyofmeontheeffectuniversitydatabasesystemhasonhighereducationinChina.
Currentsituationofuniversitydatabasesystemconstructionandtheconstructionofanewgenerationoflibrarydatabasesystemarethetwostudyaspects.
AllthisshowstheeffectuniversitydatabasesystemhasexertedonhighereducationinChina.
Atthesametime,thestudyalsorevealsmyresearchideaandthereasonablescientificstudyprocess.
