这是M o reo re A/S在此简称为“M o re M r”)与广东泳池水疗设备有限公司在此简称为“盛盛”)于201 年元月十日签订的合作协议。

如果丹麦MREM客户在2011年的销售额达不到以上要求,盛盛公司有权取消其在丹麦国家之内的独家代理权。

关于拼柜配件MEOE将支付拼柜配件在盛盛公司之内的卸货和装货费用;根据拼柜配件的体积,OEMORE将分担相应的ORC费用和拖车费用;如果不是从中山港出口的,MOREMRE还将承担由此产生的拖车费差价。

于MOREME对某款产品的新需求而导致的用料增减或工艺变化而导致价格上的变化。

所有产品的欧元价格在半年内有效,并且是根据人民币价格和上一个半年的平均汇率换算得来的,比如说:人民币价格为A 2011年上半年的平均汇率为,那么2011下半年的欧元价格C即为=A/。

先通过电汇支付货款全款的 %作为定金盛盛公司开始订单评审和生产加工,余款在货物到达目的港的前十个工作日内通过电汇方式予以支付,在收到余款后,联系公司再将提单原件等相关文件寄出给OEORE。

盛盛公司将尽最大的努力来达成丹麦MORERE的交货期。通常来说备料需要15- 0天的时间,然后每个柜再加上两天的时间,如:一个柜需要17-22天的时间,两个柜需要1924天的时间,三个柜需要 1   6天的时间。丹麦MOEMORE可提前告知盛盛公司的采购计划(如初步的采购订单),以便盛盛公司根据初步的订单需求提前准备相关原材料。 V.W rrantyermsV.保修条款

关于客诉:原则上来说,盛盛公司需要OREORE提供如下相关详情:

0  产品:产品型号、生产日期、产品编号;02)问题或故障:相关图片及文字说明;3)希望如何解决:

A只需要盛盛公司提供相关配件备品;

B,需要盛盛公司进行针对性的对问题或故障进行分析并加以解决

,需要盛盛公司在日后生产过程中对相关品质或工艺加以改进和提升。 
