Dear Amazon,
So sorry for my late shipment rate is higher than the goal of less than 4%.
My ERP system meet some problem on Aug 5-8th,so delay to confirm shipment and myNewcomer colleagues do not notice this problem lead many orders do not confirmshipp ingin time,so the late shipment rate is higher,please forgive me,now this have been solved,I have hired a professional IT engineer to repair this and maintain our ERP isstable,we would also pay more attention to teach our employees about Matters needingattention,i am sure this would not happen again,please see my recent performance.If this happen again,you can closed my store immediately.
I can understand Amazon need to protect buyers,i would never allow this wrongagain,please give me one more chance.Thank you so much.

My plan is effective, the ERP order processing system has been perfect and haveprofessional person to maintain the stability of it,will not lead to order delay because thesystemproblem,perfect plan also not as good as real and effective actions,please see myrecent 7 days the delay rate is 0,i think this is to confirm my plan and implement the bestproof ofreal effective.Please consider carefully the fate of an account, the fate ofall employees in a company,please give a chance to this account, I will cherish theopportunity to strive to do best to let customer satisfaction, let the Amazon platform trustus.

1,I have ship out all the buyer's orders.I received your Email on Sep 5th but i reply you10 days later because i want to show you my action to my improvement,now my lateshipment rate is 0 recent 7 days and my 90 days late shipment rate is lower than4%,please see my change.I have abilityto avoid this happen again.Please trust me.2,Most of my Buyers have received their orders now,if there still have someone have notget their order,i will refund or resend as buyer's favor,please do not worry.
I will do better in the future,please just give me one more chance to do better on Amazon.
