If necessary, this agreement can be modified at the time of extension, or a new form of agreement can be signed. 第四条 违约责任 Part Five: Liability for breach of contract 在合同执行期间，如果甲方没有按时付款，则在甲方第一次付款款项的有效期结束后, 本合同即告终止 Whereas during the time this agreement is in effect, if Party A fails to pay the amount which both parties agreed upon to Party B, whereas after the first valid payment period, then this agreement shall be hereto terminated. 如果甲方需要乙方其它服务，双方另签合同。甲方如违反国家有关法律、法规，一切责任由甲方承担。 If Party A requires any other services provided by Party B, new contracts shall be signed additionally by both parties. If Party A violates any laws and/or regulations, then Party A will be held liable for all such responsibilities. 第五条 争议解决 Part Five: Dispute Resolution 在合同执行期间如果双方发生争议，双方应友好协商解决。如果协商不成，双方同意提交有关部门仲裁。 If there shall arise any dispute(s) during the period whereas this agreement is in effect, both parties should solve the dispute(s) through means of open negotiation. If negotiation fails to resolve, then both sides shall agree to escalate the dispute(s) to relevant missions. 第六条 不可抗力 Part Six: Force Majeure 因地震、火灾等自然灾害、战争、罢工、政府等行为造成双方不能履行本合同义务，一方面通过书面形式通知对方，本合同即告终止。 If either party cannot perform the agreement, caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to, earthquake, fire, natural disaster, insurrection, government restrictions and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected, the other party shall be formally notified, this agreement is then terminated hereto after such notification(s). 第七条 附则 Part Seven: Additional Terms 本合同如有未尽事宜及出现新情况和新问题，由双方协商解决。本合同一式两份，双方各执一份，经签字、签章后生效，两份合同具有同等效力。 In the situation of any ing matter(s) not covered by this agreement, both parties shall negotiate openly to resolve.
