Java的布局，基本上可以用BorderLayout和FlowLayout组合出来。

FlowLayout的布局是以控件的getPrefersize为基础。

BorderLayout的Center是getSize方式来绘制，WEST、EAST、NORTH、SOUTH都是以getPrefersize为基础。

你这个可以用BorderLayout做主布局，WEST和EAST各嵌入一个面板，然后Center中放输入控件。

如果觉得这样繁琐，可以考虑用TableLayout来布局，不过这个学起来有点困难。
