Atpresent,themajorcitiesinChinahaveenteredtheagingsociety,andthenationalfitnessmovementhasbecomeacommonconcernofthestateandthemasses.
Becauseitissimpletolearn,easytoparticipateandbeinvariousforms,thesquarefitnessdancequicklywentpopularalloverthecountry.
Today,ithasdevelopedintooneofthemainmethodsforallpeopletoparticipateinphysicalexercises,andhasbecomethefirstbodybuildingchoiceforthemiddle-agedandelderlypeople.
