全国高校网络教育考试委员会二五年一月二十五日一:"计算机应用基础"考试大纲试点高校网络教育部分公共基础课全国统一考试,旨在遵循网络教育应用型人才的培养目标,针对从业人员继续教育的特点,重在检验学生掌握基础知识的水平及应用能力,全面提高现代远程高等学历教育的教学质量.
"计算机应用基础"课程是现代远程教育试点高校网络教育实行全国统一考试的部分公共基础课之一.
该课程的考试是一种基础水平检测性考试,考试合格者应达到与成人高等教育本科相应的计算机应用基础课程要求的水平.

考试对象教育部批准的现代远程教育试点高校网络教育学院和中央广播电视大学"人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点"项目中自2004年3月1日(含3月1日)以后入学的本科层次学历教育的学生,应参加网络教育部分公共基础课全国统一考试.

"计算机应用基础"考试大纲适用于所有专业的高中起点与专科起点本科学生.

考试目标针对全国高校网络教育本科层次所有专业的学生主要通过计算机网络环境进行学习的基本特点,要求参试者从使用的角度了解当代计算机系统的基本概念,掌握微型计算机操作系统的基本使用方法,了解并掌握文字编辑、电子表格、电子演示文稿、网络使用、多媒体等软件的基本知识和操作技能,了解信息安全的知识.

考试内容与要求一、计算机基础知识(一)计算机的基本概念1、考试内容计算机的发展过程、分类、应用范围及特点,信息的基本概念.
2、考试要求(1)了解计算机的发展与分类;(2)了解计算机的主要用途;(3)理解计算机的主要特点;(4)了解信息的基本概念.
(二)计算机系统的组成1、考试内容计算机系统的基本组成及各部件的主要功能,数据存储设备的使用.
2、考试要求(1)理解计算机系统的基本组成;(2)了解硬件系统的组成及各个部件的主要功能;(3)理解计算机数据存储的基本概念;(4)了解指令、程序、软件的概念以及软件的分类.
(三)信息编码1、考试内容数值在计算机中的表示方式.
2、考试要求(1)了解数值在计算机中的表示形式;(2)理解字符编码.
(四)微型计算机的硬件组成1、考试内容计算机硬件的组成部分.
2、考试要求(1)了解CPU、内存、接口和总线的概念;(2)理解微处理器、微型计算机和微型计算机系统的概念;(3)理解常用外部设备的性能指标;(4)理解微型计算机的主要性能指标及配置.
二、操作系统及其应用(一)Windows的基本知识1、考试内容Windows操作系统的运行环境及相关知识.
2、考试要求(1)了解Windows运行环境;(2)了解Windows桌面的组成;(3)理解文件、文件夹(目录)、路径的概念;(4)了解窗口的组成;(5)了解菜单的约定;(6)了解剪贴板概念.
(二)Windows基本操作1、考试内容Windows操作系统的基本操作方法及使用.
2、考试要求(1)熟练掌握Windows的启动和退出;(2)熟练掌握汉字输入方式的启动和一种汉字输入方法;(3)熟练掌握鼠标的使用;(4)熟练掌握窗口的各种操作方法;(5)熟练掌握菜单的基本操作;(6)熟练掌握对话框的操作;(7)掌握工具栏按钮操作及任务栏的使用;(8)掌握开始菜单的定制;(9)熟练掌握剪切与粘贴操作;(10)熟练掌握快捷方式的创立、使用及删除;(11)掌握命令行方式.
(三)Windows资源管理器1、考试内容Windows资源管理器窗口组成及文件夹和文件的管理.
2、考试要求(1)了解资源管理器窗口组成;(2)熟练掌握文件夹与文件的使用及管理.
(四)Windows系统环境设置1、考试内容控制面板的使用.
2、考试要求(1)了解控制面板的功能;(2)掌握时间与日期的设置;(3)掌握程序的添加和删除;(4)掌握显示器环境的设置.
(五)Windows常用工具1、考试内容Windows系统工具的应用.
2、考试要求(1)掌握系统工具的使用;(2)掌握写字板、计算器、画图等基本工具的简单应用.
三、文字编辑(一)Word的基本知识1、考试内容Word文档的主要功能和使用.
2、考试要求(1)了解Word的主要功能;(2)掌握Word的启动和退出;(3)理解Word工作窗口的基本构成元素;(4)了解Word帮助命令的使用.
(二)Word的文件操作和文本编辑1、考试内容文件的建立、打开与保存和文档的基本编辑操作.
2、考试要求(1)熟练掌握文档的基本操作;(2)熟练掌握视图的使用;(3)熟练掌握文本编辑的基本操作;(4)熟练掌握剪贴、移动和复制操作;(5)掌握定位、替换和查询操作;(6)掌握插入符号的操作.
(三)Word的格式与版面1、考试内容Word文档格式的编辑.
2、考试要求(1)熟练掌握字体、段落和页面设置;(2)了解项目符号和编号;(3)掌握边框、底纹、页眉和页脚的添加.
(四)Word的模板与样式1、考试内容Word文档模板与样式的创建和使用.
2、考试要求(1)掌握样式和样式库的建立与使用;(2)了解模板的概念.
(五)Word表格的建立与编辑1、考试内容Word表格的建立.
2、考试要求(1)熟练掌握表格的建立;(2)掌握表格格式和内容的基本编辑.
(六)Word图形的制作与编辑1、考试内容文档图形的建立与编辑.

(三)PowerPoint的格式操作1、考试内容幻灯片播放技巧及母版的使用.
2、考试要求(1)掌握背景设置的操作;(2)掌握片间切换效果设置的操作;(3)掌握幻灯片母版的设置.
(四)PowerPoint自定义动画操作1、考试内容幻灯片对象的连接和播放.
2、考试要求(1)掌握幻灯片自定义动画和效果的基本操作;(2)掌握幻灯片剪辑与隐藏的基本操作;(3)掌握动作设置的基本操作;(4)掌握超级链接的基本操作.
六、计算机网络基础(一)计算机网络基本知识1、考试内容网络的定义、发展、基本拓扑结构、网络协议及网络的组成和功能.
2、考试要求(1)了解网络的形成与发展;(2)了解网络按覆盖范围的基本分类;(3)了解常见的网络拓扑结构;(4)了解网络协议的基本概念;(5)了解局域网的特点与功能;(6)了解局域网的基本组成;(7)了解广域网的概念和基本组成;(8)掌握设置共享资源的基本操作.
(二)Internet基本知识1、考试内容Internet的概念、作用、应用和特点,IP地址、域名的建立和使用.
2、考试要求(1)了解Internet的发展历史;(2)了解Internet的作用与特点;(3)了解TCP/IP网络协议的基本概念;(4)了解IP地址的基本概念;(5)了解域名系统的基本概念;(6)掌握Internet的常用接入方式;(7)了解Internet提供的常规服务的基本概念.
(三)网络连接1、考试内容局域网和宽带网的接入.
2、考试要求(1)掌握通过局域网的连接;(2)掌握通过拨号网络(如ADSL)的连接;(3)了解网络故障的简单诊断命令.
七、Internet应用(一)IE浏览器的使用1、考试内容浏览器的基本操作、信息检索.
2、考试要求(1)了解文本、超文本、Web页的超文本结构和统一资源定位器URL;(2)熟练掌握网页的基本操作;(3)熟练掌握IE选项参数的基本设置;(4)掌握收藏夹的基本使用;(5)掌握信息搜索的基本方法和常用搜索引擎的使用;(6)掌握在IE地址栏中访问FTP站点的操作;(7)了解BBS的基本操作;(8)了解Web格式邮件的使用.
(二)FTP客户端软件(CuteFTP)的使用1、考试内容文件传输的基本操作.
2、考试要求(1)掌握地址标签、FTP服务器地址、用户名和密码的设置;(2)掌握FTP站点的连接和断开;(3)掌握文件的下载和上传;(4)掌握在远程服务器上进行文件操作.
(三)电子邮件的使用1、考试内容电子邮件的工作原理、基本操作及OutlookExpress的使用.

2、考试要求(1)了解计算机病毒的基本知识;(2)了解计算机病毒的预防;(3)了解计算机病毒的消除.
(三)网络道德及相关法规1、考试内容计算机网络道德规范和知识产权的基本概念.
2、考试要求(1)了解法规及网络道德的相关概念;(2)了解网络用户行为规范;(3)了解我国软件知识产权保护法规的基本内容;(4)了解相关法律法规.
(四)网络安全1、考试内容网络安全基本措施和防范策略.

九、计算机多媒体技术(一)计算机多媒体技术的基本知识1、考试内容多媒体计算机的基本组成、应用和特点.
2、考试要求(1)了解计算机多媒体技术的概念以及在网络教育中的作用;(2)了解多媒体计算机系统的基本构成和多媒体设备的种类.
(二)多媒体基本应用工具的使用1、考试内容多媒体信息的播放、使用.
2、考试要求(1)掌握Windows图像编辑器进行图像查看;(2)掌握Windows音频工具进行音频播放;(3)掌握Windows视频工具进行视频播放.
(三)多媒体信息处理工具的使用1、考试内容文件压缩与解压缩的基本概念和WinRAR的使用.
2、考试要求(1)了解文件压缩和解压缩的基本知识;(2)掌握压缩工具WinRAR的基本操作;(3)了解常见多媒体文件的类别和文件格式.
试卷结构与题型试题分为知识题和操作题两大类,其中知识题约占40%,操作题约占60%.
试卷内容比例为:计算机基础知识和操作系统及其应用约占30%、文字编辑、电子表格和电子演示文稿约占35%,计算机网络基础和Internet应用约占25%,信息安全和多媒体基本应用约占10%.
试卷分数满分为100分.

考试分为笔试和口试两部分.
其中笔试满分为100分,占考试总成绩的80%;口试满分20分,占考试总成绩的20%.
