MostscholarsmainlyconcentrateontechnologyandmanagementinstitutionwhenresearchingtheMedicalandHealthWebsite.
Inordertostudyuser'sbehavioralintentionandusebehavioronMedicalandHealthwebsite,atheoreticalmodelisbuiltbasedonUnifiedTheoryofAcceptanceandUseofTechnology(UTAUT)withtheconsumerperceivedrisktheoryandperceivedcost.
Thequestionnaireisdesignedaccordingtothetheorymodel.
Then,thedataisanalyzedbydescriptivestatistics,reliabilityandvalidityandmultiplelinearregression.
Theresultsindicatethatpeople'susebehaviorispositiveinfluencedbybehavioralintentionandeffortexpectancy.
Onthecontrary,perceivedcosthasnegativeinfluenceonusebehavior.
Perceivedriskhasnegativeinfluenceonbehavioralintention.
Genderandexperiencehavemoderatingeffectsonbehavioralintention.
However,itisnotverifiedthatsocialinfluencehaspositiveinfluenceonbehavioralintention.
Atlast,thispaperprovidessomecountermeasuresandsuggestionstopromotethedevelopmentofMedicalandHealthwebsite.

Itisnotenoughthatexplainuseracceptancebehaviorofrecreationalinformationtechnologyonlywithperceivedusefulnessandperceivedeaseofuse.
