区块链技术下数字版权管理模式研究

摘 要

如今数字与网络化时代更新换代现有版权保护模式漏洞在不断增加如成本过高工作效率低数字版权保护不能完全阻止黑客攻击。比特币在我国金融业逐渐兴起 区块链理论慢慢被人们熟知 出版界着手研发区块链技术并且功能用于数字版权保护上。 区块链是通过数据记录在数据块中是去中心化的技术性解决措施在数据块中组成链条各个节点相互监督在工作流水线中去除传统技术行业第三方互联互通信息无法篡改。论文解释区域链技术与现在应用状况 同时并包含我国数字出版产业操作运行现状研究区块链技术去中心化特点对当今版权系统地作用通过调研国内海外去中心化数字版权实际应用案例同时也为行业中提供有力的帮助。

Abstract

Nowadays, the digital and network era has been updated.The existing copyrightprotection mode vulnerabilities have undoubtedly increased.For example, the cost istoo high and the work efficiency is low. Digital copyright protection cannotcompletely prevent hacker attacks.Bitcoin has gradually emerged in China's financialindustry.The blockchain theory is slowly becoming familiar.The publishing industryhas begun to develop blockchain technology and its functions are used for digitalcopyright protection.The blockchain is recorded in the data block by data. It is adecentralized technical solution.The data blocks form a chain, each node superviseseach other,and the third party in the traditional technology industry is removed fromthe work flow line.The interconnection information cannot be tampered with.Thepaper explains the regional chain technology and current application status, and alsoincludes the current operation status of China's digital publishing industry,and studiesthe decentralization characteristics of blockchain technology on the current copyrightsystem. Through the investigation of domestic overseas decentralized digitalcopyright practical application cases.At the same time, it also provides strong helpfor the industry.
