Section2oftheprincipalActisamended(a)bydeletingthedefinitionof"industrialdispute"andsubstitutingthereforthefollowing""industrialdispute"meansadisputebetweenoneormoreemployersororganizationsrepresentingemployersandoneormoreworkersororganizationsrepresentingworkers,and(a)inthecaseofworkerswhoaremembersofanytradeunionhavingbargainingrights,beingadisputerelatingwhollyorpartlyto(i)termsandconditionsofemployment,orthephysicalconditionsinwhichanyworkersarerequiredtowork;(ii)engagementornon-engagement,orterminationorsuspensionofemployment,ofoneormoreworkers;(Iii)allocationofworkasbetweenworkersorgroupsofworkers;(iv)anymatteraffectingtheprivileges,rightsanddutiesofanyemployerororganizationrepresentingemployersorofanyworkerororganizationrepresentingworkers;or(v)anymatterrelatingtobargainingrightsonbehalfofanyworker;(b)inthecaseofworkerswhoarenotmembersofanytradeunionhavingbargainingrights,beingadisputerelatingwhollytooneormoreofthefollowing:(1)thephysicalconditionsinwhichanysuchworkerisrequiredtowork;3TheLabourRelationsandIndustrialDisputes[No.
