There is a very nice data copy tool that can be purchased to do this. I'm not sure how to go about purchasing it, but the last two clients at which I worked had purchased the tool and it has been wonderful. Check with SAP...they should have some info. It is nice to copy employees from production systems to Q/A and DEV systems. (You may also copy to the same system from which you are copying.) It will copy payroll results and recreate Org objects for selected employees as well. Finally, it also provides ways of making sensative data like SSN generic. I highly mend the tool.Matthew
