Adigitalmanagementsystemofcowdiseasesispresentedinthispa-per,whichbasedonstandardizationdiseasemanagementframework.
Itcanmanagedairycowdiseasefromeachstageincludingcowfilecreation,routinemonitoring,diseasepreventionandcontrol.
Integrateelectronicmedicalrecordswassetup,whichbasedonmedicalrecordsincludecowbasicinformationandroutinemonitoringresultsanddiseasepreventioninformationandcanimple-mentstatisticalanalyticfunctionofdiseaserateandguidecowimmunization.
TheUniquenumbersandintegratedmedicalrecordsinformationofeverycowwilllaythefoundationforfoodofanimalorigintraceability.
Thissystemin-cludesfoursubsystems,cowbasicinformationmanagementsubsystem,cowindividualhealthmonitoringandevaluationsubsystem,cowelectronicmedicalrecordssubsystemandcowdiseasepreventionandcontrolsubsystem.
Withthehelpofsystemanalysisandsoftwaredesigntechniques,itiscanmanagecowdiseaseondairyfarmeffectually.

1IntroductionInchina,dairyproductionspecificallyingeneralisofgreatimportance.
Therehasbeenagoodtrendforthedevelopmentofcowhusbandryinrecentyears.
However,milkandmeatyieldpercowtendtoremainlow,althoughtotalproductionhasincreased,mainlyduetoincreasedcownumbers.
Thereasonsaremanifoldbutthemainisvariouskindsofdiseasesthatareineffectivemanagementduetoshortofdiseasesystemofadmini-stration.
Insomeeconomicallydevelopedcountries,informationtechnology(IT)con-tinuestodeveloprapidlyandiswidelyandsuccessfullyemployedinthedairycattlesector.
Largecentralcomputerswithmillionsofcowfiles,operatedbycowdiseasescontrolprogram,havebeenoperationalfordecadestoprovidethefarmerswithinfor-mation(XiongBH,etal.
