Itprovidescentralizedmanagementportalforreal-timemonitoringofthestatusofWANuplinkandnetworkCPE.
TheServicewillmonitorindividualCPEdeviceorequipmentviasoftwareobjects(includingMemory,WANPortUtilisation,etc.
)periodically.

InadditiontoWTT'sGeneralTermsandConditionsofService,thefollowingspecialconditionsshallapplytotheService:1.
TheServiceissubjecttotheCustomer'sequipmentmeetingtherelevantspecificationsforinteroperabilitywithWTT'sNetwork.
AnyequipmentwhichtheCustomerintendstoconnecttoWTT'sNetworkforthepurposeoftheServicemustbeapprovedbyWTTpriortoanyconnection,andmustbeincompliancewiththetechnicalstandardsspecifiedbyWTT.
AtthetimeofapplicationforservicetheCustomermustprovidealldetailsregardingtheequipmentwhichitintendstoconnecttoWTT'sNetwork.
WTTmayrejecttheapplicationiftherequiredinformationisnotprovidedorWTTopinesthatthesaidequipmentdoesnotcomplywithWTT'stechnicalstandards.
WTTmayatanytime,withoutbeingliabletotheCustomer,disconnecttheCustomer'sequipmentconnectedtoWTT'sNetworkif:theconfigurationsortechnicalspecificationsofsuchequipmentsoconnecteddifferfromthedetailsprovidedbytheCustomerinitsapplicationfortheService;thereisanymalfunctionoftheequipment;ortheprovisionoftheServicetotheCustomeristerminatedordiscontinuedforanyreasonwhatsoever.

TheprovisionoftheServiceissubjecttositefeasibilityandavailableresourcesofWTTincludingnetworkcoveragetotheinstallationaddress.

MinimumsubscriptionperiodfortheServiceistwenty-four(24)monthsunlessotherwisespecifiedintheOrderConfirmation.
TheCustomershallondemandpayforthemonthlychargesfortheremainingsubscriptionperiodintheeventofterminationbeforeexpirationoftheminimumsubscriptionperiod.
4.
Unlessotherwisespecified,bothmonthlychargesandinstallationchargesareperend.
Additionalcostsforcivilorfibreworkwillbequotedonacase-by-casebasis.
5.
TheCustomershallindemnifyandholdharmlessWTTagainstanyliability,claim,loss,damageorexpensearisingfromtheuseoftheServicebytheCustomer.
6.
WTTwillnotberesponsibleorliableforanylossordamagesufferedorincurredbytheCustomerarisingfromthedelayinorfailureofmessagetransmissionand/orfailureofalerts(SMS,email,pop-upinmobilephoneapp).
7.
TheCustomerwillberesponsibleforanyadditionalWiFiorInternetconnectivitychargesincurredwhenaccessingtheService'swebportalvianotebookand/ormobilephonedevice(s).
