公益金賣旗日2018年11月17日(星期六)賣旗義工指引多謝您參與本年度公益金賣旗日!
您所籌得的一分一毫,均全數撥捐公益金資助162間會員社會福利機構,以提供全面的福利服務予本港超過二百萬名有需要人士.
若您未滿14歲,必須由家長/監護人陪同賣旗.
請家長/監護人拿著旗袋,並由您撕出旗貼.
賣旗前請按以下「物資清單」點查所需物資是否齊全:-1.
義工貼紙1個(請義工當天貼在身上當眼處以茲識別)2.
旗袋1個3.
旗貼20張請檢查旗袋是否已貼上編號標籤(見右圖)賣旗時1.
賣旗義工請穿著校服或機構制服,並以友善的態度向途人說:「先生/小姐/太太/公公/婆婆,早晨,請買支旗為公益金籌款!

賣旗義工不應替捐款者把善款投入旗袋,請提示他們依照紙幣或硬幣的位置投放(見上圖).
3.
義工們應分散向途人募捐,以籌集更多善款.
4.
義工在各車站及街上售旗時,應注意以下事項:-請勿在公眾地方造成滋擾或阻礙交通;請勿於公共交通工具上賣旗;如被安排於港鐵站/信德中心賣旗,到達後請先向當值職員報到.
為安全起見,切勿於閘口附近賣旗;5.
若旗袋有損壞,請到旗袋收集站更換後備旗袋.
旗袋收集站於早上9:30後開放.
6.
若於早上11:30前賣完旗貼或旗袋已盛滿善款,亦可到旗袋收集站索取新旗貼/旗袋.
賣旗後1.
請於中午12:00前將旗袋及未用之旗貼一併於當天交回旗袋收集站.
所有印有公益金標誌的旗貼只能於賣旗日當天使用.
2.
每位賣旗義工於交還旗袋時均獲「銘謝狀」或「成績優良獎狀」及「聯合出版集團優惠劵」一張以示本機構謝意.
3.
如因事未能及時交回旗袋,請即致電25996121/25996129與公益金職員聯絡.
惡劣天氣安排1.
如天文台於早上8時前發出紅色、黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或更高之熱帶氣旋警告信號,賣旗活動即暫停及延遲,直至改掛/除下有關信號,賣旗活動繼續進行.
2.
如天文台於早上10時後,紅色、黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或更高之熱帶氣旋警告信號仍然生效,賣旗活動將會取消.
3.
如天文台於賣旗活動進行期間發出紅色、黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或更高之熱帶氣旋警告信號,義工應即時停止賣旗,並在安全情況下將旗袋及旗貼等物資交回指定收集站.
4.
如天文台發出黃色暴雨警告訊號或一號、三號之熱帶氣旋警告信號,賣旗活動將如常進行.
公益金賣旗日所籌得的善款,全賴公眾人士對香港公益金及所有參與義工的信任.
如遺失旗袋或旗袋被偷竊,請立刻報警及致電公益金辦事處(25996121/25996129).

IfyouareassignedtosellflagsinsideMTRStations/ShunTakCentre,itisnecessarytoreporttoDutyStaffwhenyouarrive,andforsafetyconcernpleasestayawayfromtheentry/exitgates.

Inthecaseofdamageddonationbags,pleasegetasparebagatthecollectionpoints.
Collectionpointwillbeginserviceat9:30am.

Ifallflagsaresoldoutordonationbagisfullbefore11:30am,youcanrequestextraonesatthecollectionpoints.
